I've been thinking about building a steam sauna into our basement for a long time, and when I look at the costs of that (as well as the potential for damage or doing it wrong), it's hard to justify. This product is currently serving as a gateway drug to test out that idea. Wanted to see whether we like it, whether we'd use it, etc. We've loved it so far. We've got it in our garage right now, which probably gets down to high 40s (Fahrenheit) in temperature, and when we run both steamers (you could certainly run just one if you'd like) this thing gets PLENTY warm. I don't know if the red light is exactly what it's marketed to be, but it does *feel good* which is about all I was counting on for that. Quality is great, a couple of poles and joints, and a giant piece of insulated fabric that zips together fairly easily. So far it keeps the heat in enough to be a worthwhile experience. Functionality is great, both steamers come with wireless remotes to turn them on easily, but pressing the buttons on the steamers isn't hard either. Some tips for those buying or considering purchasing: 1. The setup guide tells you to put the steam output boxes underneath the provided chairs. We started with this and quickly discovered those chairs do not insulate at all. My wife and I have very different tolerances for heat and both found it to be very uncomfortable. We moved them to *behind* the chairs, and it's a much better experience. 2. This is a tight setup. It's just my wife and I using it and we love to be cozy together, but if you're at all on the larger size, I'd recommend measuring the setup dimensions vs your own (or you and your sauna partner's combined) and have some "real talk" about whether it's going to be comfortable, or a little too cozy. 3. The steamers use some serious power. We initially had both connected to plugs on the same circuit, which tripped the breaker. Luckily our garage has more than one circuit, and it was just a matter of remembering which outlets are on which circuits, and ensuring the two steamers are on *two separate circuits* to ensure our steam sauna session doesn't get interrupted. 4. This is in the instructions but it bears repeating: Don't put essential oils or any other "additives" in the steamer. You want that to go untarnished and last as long as possible. Put them in the steam outlet containers that go inside the box. You'll still get a wonderful experience. 5. You may want to consider insulating the flooring depending on your setup. Ours is in our garage, and the coldness of the concrete definitely still comes through to our feet. My wife doesn't like it, but I kinda do (helps provide some relief when doing longer sessions). This is going to be entirely subjective, I just want to point out that the materials used for the flooring only do so good a job of insulation. Overall this feels like a great value for the money, especially considering it is non-permanent and can be moved as needed. It has all the features it advertises and after several uses, is showing no signs of issues.

bought for my son in law for Christmas, I was worried as it did not have many reviews from buying customers. He said it was not hard to install at all. At first he said he had to bungee the water container together, but after a few uses (maybe because it became warm and flexible?) that he no longer had to do that ..... there were no more spills. No need to worry about not getting hot enough. He is sweating heavily and done by 15 min. He has not (at time of review) used it without the steam. The size is not really big enough for 2 people and like other reviews, the chairs are not what you will want to be using. I hope the quality is good and it continues to work with no issues.

Moved it twice in my house. If you have both of the water heater devices plugged into the same circuit, it trips the breaker. Used it with just one of them. You definitely sweat, but it's nothing special. Thermometer is showing right around 90 degrees and almost 100% humidity. A walk outside in Florida in the summer accomplishes the same thing. Wanted an infrared sauna but was skeptical if it would work without a dedicated breaker, so went with this, but it has the same issues, so most likely going back.

Havent used it yet but view actual measurements in your space do not go by pictures, they are very misleading. Looks way more roomy in pictures, gonna be a little tight with 2 people
