The installation process was straightforward using the included wall brackets and drywall anchors. It took me less than 15 minutes with a power drill and level. The metal bracket hardware feels substantial and holds securely against the drywall without wobbling or pulling loose from the wall. The telescoping steel rod slides smoothly and easily supports two heavy blackout velvet curtain panels without any bowing or sagging in the center. The decorative end finials screw on firmly and give the window frame a clean, tailored finish. This curtain was much lighter duty than I expected. It's doing its job holding up the curtain, but seems flimsy. I had a hard time with the wall anchors provided, but I guess it's good they were provided at all. I suppose for the price it was still a good value as it's working and looks good enough.

These are nice looking, but not adjustable like I thought. They can be 32 inches by removing the middle bar, or they can be 48 inches when the middle bar is attached. My windows are in between those measurements, so I was annoyed that they don’t actually adjust from 32-48 inches. I don’t that was clear in the description. I ended up using them because I needed them desperately, but they are longer than my windows by about 2 inches on each side. It looks ok with the curtains on, but I’m still annoyed that they don’t actually fit my windows, hence the removal of one star. ... show more
