The quality of this product is terrible. We have had this less than three months and the clamp has broken it has scratched the heck out of our bikes and now is leaning more toward the ground and no longer level. The ramps are great but that is about it - I strongly suggest you keep looking and don’t buy this bike rack.

The media could not be loaded. This is the only bike rack that fits my 26" fat tire Ecotric Hammer. My wheelbase is 53" (axle to axle) and most racks only fit 51". Some show wheel base incorrectly and claim 53" but show 6" or more beyond the axle, be aware. This rack had loose bolts and so it shifted while traveling and that could have caused the bikes to fall off. I tightened the bolts and that shouldn't be a problem now. The downside is that they show a hitch stabilizer but I didn't get that. It's really needed. I sent a message and they said they would send it, but if they don't, I can buy it for $20 or so. I did finally get a tracking number and it shows I'll get the hitch stablizer. More on that later.

Buyer beware! We only got under 600 miles with this bike rack. The metal is cheap, doesn’t hold up well.

I specifically ordered this bike rack because I liked that it came with the hitch tightener. Once I opened the box, I saw no hitch tightener witch was displayed in the description. This seriously pisses me off because now I have to go and order it separately. WTF!!
