I don't usually take the time to post reviews but I feel compelled to do this. I found the product to be of excellent quality much better then the last one i had . It comes with locks built in to secure the bikes from being stollen while on the rack .It even is able to tilt up when not in use or tilt down so you can get to your storage hatch. But the main reason I am writing this review is I can't remember the last time I dealt with a company with such excellent customer service . I didn't lock the brackets that secure the bikes when I didn't have a bike on the rack and apparently a vandal stole one of them. So I reached out to the seller to find a website that I could purchase the part from . They responded to me the same day and sent me a list of the parts so I could identify which one was stollen but didn't direct me to a place to purchase one, they sent me one free of charge. How often does that happen ? I would highly recommend buying from this seller.

I got this for my truck, and while people may think it’s unnecessary for my truck because it has a bed, it works great for a few reasons. 1. Most trucks are now sold with short beds. my bed is 5’10” so it can’t fit all bikes. 2. When bringing bikes on road trips, i prefer keeping the bed space free for bags/suitcases, coolers, speakers, etc. 3. Only option with camper shell unless you don’t care about laying your bike down and risking damage. This rack was easy to assemble and holds the bikes securely. Fully adjustable for different wheelbases and comes with individual tire tiedowns and a general bike tie down. The hitch pin is threaded so you can tighten it onto the hitch receiver which prevents clinching noises when driving. The hitch pin and bike securing hooks both have locks with keys to prevent theft. I would still recommend locking the bikes with a chain lock too.

The Bike Rack has been pretty solid ive done 6 trips across states on highways dirt roads etc. it has held up great and my only complaint is it should come with a Hitch Tightener. with out one it does have sway and bounce but you can get one for like $14 and it makes it solid. Also the Locki g hitch pin is cheap but does the job.

This bike rack hitch mount was the best purchase we made. Installation is so easy. It's lightweight, has a security lock and it's extremely easy to use. The cost was so much cheaper than the others at the bike shop and it's actually easier to use.

This 2-bike hitch rack is solid and easy to use, handling even heavy e-bikes without wobbling. The tilt feature makes it simple to access the trunk while the bikes are still mounted. It feels sturdy and secure, though it’s a bit heavy to move around when not on the vehicle.

I like this item but the instructions could have been clearer - however my bigger issue is that the bolt that attaches the mount to the trailer hitch is not long enough to engage the locking nut provided and I can’t contact the manufacturer or get a longer bolt.

Very sturdy. Easier with two people loading the bikes onto the rack. Nice and easy to fold for storage. Instructions similar to IKEA, pictures, no words. Have tape measure ready to identify hardware length. Easier with sockets rather than the wrenches that are included.
