The media could not be loaded. So far so good, used it a few days after receiving. My husky had an accident and definitely glad I already purchased a carpet cleaner. Super easy to put the few pieces together, suction is great, easy to use for cleaning and emptying, works great! The quality is surprisingly good for the cost of the machine, it was on flash sale so I got it for a good price and it is worth it. Posted a video and pics as well.

I got this because I'm disabled and I only ever have the energy to spot clean. However, I would recommend this for anyone who needs carpet or upholstery help. It's easy to clean, user friendly and I can operate it with one hand start to finish. I have not noticed any leaking, it's a haus on stains and I would gladly buy it again. If I can get my carpet back to damned near brand new as a cat foster with 12 animals in my home, it's gonna be a good investment for anyone who just needs casual cleaning power.

Not real great instructions and no explanation on how to get cleaner and clean water out. I ended up just spraying solution heavily on the sofa and carpet spots I needed to clean. Cannot understand how the water is supposed tp spray out!!!

Overall just not super satisfied. The sprayer does not have a shield so it will get your hand soaked due to trigger placement and has alot of "backsplash". The suction itself worked fine sucking the water up and I was happy to see a "self cleaning" but was equally disappointed when it did not clean the hose at all. It was easier and faster to suck hot water out of the faucet. The littlest bit of hair got caught in the hose starting to clog it because of some "rough" parts in the hose plastic so that was less than ideal for a first use. It's nice and small just overall not great quality. Easy to take apart and rinse.
