This pool is a great size for the whole family and feels very sturdy once it is filled with water. The rectangular shape gives everyone plenty of room to swim and play. Setup takes some time and is much easier with two or more people, but the instructions are straightforward. Make sure the ground is completely level before installation. Overall, it is a very good value for the size, and we are happy with the purchase.

The frame gave up on the 1st day, and contacting the seller has been impossible. Amazon customer service has been poor as it is all online. I am returning the pool as recommended by Amazon customer service, however when printing the return label they provide only one label. Two are needed as the pool arrived in two boxes not one. This is all horrible. I think I have learned a valuable lesson. I will never again order big items from Amazon and stick to small things that may be easy to return. I am scared by this experience and the lack of customer service availability. I do not recommend this item, don’t do it. You will regret it.

The pool itself is great. It’s a nice size and I prefer that it’s rectangular so that it takes up less space than a round pool. I had two other people help me set it up, which was needed. I’ve only had up for a week, so no issues with leaks. Also, I received a brand new pool, not like some others in reviews have stated. I gave 4 stars because the ladder is very difficult to assemble. I used a ladder from a previous pool, which is disappointing because I like the child safety feature. The pump directions as well as the ladder directions do not make sense. You have to look at the pictures to actually make sense of it. They sent more parts than needed for the pump. Other than that, we love it.

The only major issues we came across while setting up the pool is that the "legs" were extremely hard to put in place and have them stay in place. They wouldn't snap into the holes on the frame so it took 3 of us quite awhile to get them to all be in place. We then turned on our hose to fill up the pool and let it go for several hours the first evening. The next day we turned it back on in the morning for approx. 6 hours and when we went out to check on it we found that the legs on the ends had popped out of place. It is impossible to move them and to get them.back to where they need to go without emptying the pool and starting over. And honestly that would be super expensive having to pay to fill that pool up for a 2nd time as it is just under 4000 gallons. There was no way to prevent t this other than sitting out there the ENTIRE time the pool, which took probably 12ish hours overall. I dont know if we just received a defective set up with the legs not locking into place or what but very frustrating and a very expensive fix to drain the pool and start over. Also, the pump that comes with the pool is tiny. Unsure how well it works as we have only had it up for a couple days, but just by the looks and lack of sturdyness to it Im not sure it will do the job like it needs to be done. We did end up ordering a different filtering pump that is made foe the size of the pool.

Love it! It was easy to set up the pool but an instructional video on the ladder would have been helpful. The pump provided was a bit too small for the pool but other than that it seems durable and stable. We are hoping for many years use.

This swimming pool is very easy to set up, instructions are easy to read and understand, it's Very sturdy and strong especially if you have Children. Recommend this product, pump works as it should, it's very quiet.
