We are extremely satisfied with this rectangular above-ground pool set. The pool is the perfect size for our backyard, providing ample space for children and adults to swim, play, and relax. The frame gave up on the 1st day, and contacting the seller has been impossible. Amazon customer service has been poor as it is all online. I am returning the pool as recommended by Amazon customer service, however when printing the return label they provide only one label. Two are needed as the pool arrived in two boxes not one. This is all horrible. I think I have learned a valuable lesson. I will never again order big items from Amazon and stick to small things that may be easy to return. I am scared by this experience and the lack of customer service availability. I do not recommend this item, don’t do it. You will regret it.

I just finished assembling this pool, and I’m very impressed with the overall quality. The frame feels sturdy, the liner is thick, and all the parts arrived in excellent condition. The instructions were clear, and putting everything together was much easier than I expected. It took some time, but the process was straightforward. The pool is a great size and looks even better in person. It will be perfect for family gatherings and summer fun. I also appreciate that it comes with a ladder and filter pump, making it a complete package without needing to purchase many extra accessories. I haven’t filled it with water or used it yet, so I can’t comment on long-term performance, but my first impression is extremely positive. Based on the build quality, appearance, and ease of assembly, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious above-ground pool at a great value. I’m excited to enjoy it this summer!

We loved the pool but the pump that’s included in the pool is so small it’s literally almost the size of my whole hand it’s ridiculous we had to spend another $150 for another pump and we needed help so we called the number on the instruction’s and it took days to get someone to call us back

This pool is shown on a grass covered back yard! Mine is shown on a grass covered backyard as well it got less than half full and this is what happened piece of crap. I want all of my money refunded and new parts to fix my pool or I will write the worst review you have ever seen. Respectfully dissatisfied pool owner. After it had been drained we put boards under the supports hoping it would help but the left side of the pool is so bent we can't even use it. My grandkids have not been able to use their brand new pool All Summer Long.
