I'm a big fan of cupping! I found out you can buy your own and do it at home! This is great however, you do need someone to cup you as there are areas you are not able to reach such as your back! I would recommend this brand because it is from a well known Korean brand in Korea. The benefits are shocking and you can tell where you are inflamed by the color of the cupping. I would say research and make sure you properly cup unless you are doing more harm to your body. This product does have instructions but do a more through search online. ... show more

I am a massage therapist and have been doing cupping therapy at my practice for about 6 years. I have tried all different brands of cups over the years and I keep going back to this brand. They have a strong suction and hold up very well. I use them multiple times a week, sometimes up to 10 times or more, and they maintain their suction well. I generally buy new cups about every 6-8 months, depending on how much I use them. I have found that any brand I buy starts to lose some of the suction over time, especially if they get dropped on the floor and develop small cracks at the top. (my hands get slippery and I do end up dropping them occasionally) They have a good variety of sizes and I like that they don't give you a lot of really large ones, like some other brands, as I find that I don't use the large ones as often as I use the medium sized ones. If you aren't trained in cupping therapy and are buying them for yourself to use, PLEASE be sure to read the contraindications and watch some videos on how to use them. I took a course and got certified in cupping therapy and would not recommend anyone using them without some type education or training. ... show more
