Our 18 foot round winter pool cover prevents and keeps the water inside uncontaminated until spring.

The winter cover is super thick. We bought last year at the end of the season to replace our existing cover. Unfortunately, we noticed a small tear in the seam a week or so ago. Uncovered our pool and it was still crystal clear. Contacted customer service through email, they responded within a day. Sent my amazon confirmation of purchase and a couple of pictures and they are replacing without any hassle. This by far is some of the best customer service I have seen in a company in a long time. This is the best pool cover we have ever purchased. We have always ordered the name brand deluxe pool cover in the past and they have never lasted more than one year due to the harsh weather we have in the Midwest. It was covered with ice and snow most of the winter and held up very well. We removed it today to find a pool that will not require much upon opening. This cover stood up and kept all the debris out. And the best part is we will be able to reuse it for a few years. It is so durable. We are very pleased customers and highly recommend purchasing one.

Cover / Tarp is a good weight and thickness. Covered the pool really well all the way around. After 1 winter, in Virginia (2024-25), the cover / tarp itself held up better than some of the others I have tried. No holes but a few worn spots. This one will be used for a second season. The winch is a true waist, did not work well at all. The wind would blow the cover up and the cable would come loose with the winch. I believe it is the same type of winch sold with every cover system. We used a ratchet strap with the cord that came with the cover / tarp. This worked really well. Only gave it 4 stars because of the winch. I would purchase again because of the way the cover held up.

I live in an extremely windy area. I’ve had my pool now for about seven years. I’ve had exactly 0 covers make it through the winter. I purchased this cover in fall of 2023. It’s been two years now where this has stayed in place, did not tear, and remained fully intact. I’ve decided to throw it out this year and buy another because the wind definitely does some damage but getting two years out of this cover is phenomenal when other covers wouldn’t last 3 months!

When we first bought the cover, we loved it until the metal rings popped off before we even had a chance to put it over the pool. Fortunately, we were offered a replacement. Now, less than 3 years later, the replacement cover is shredding apart, and we're finding pieces all over our yard and tons of holes starting in the cover. We're hoping our pool isn't filled with debris when we open it. Contacted the company and they only have a 2 year warranty. I thought it was longer than that when we decided to purchase it, but that's the response we received. Really disappointed in the quality and how long it DIDN'T last. Picture shows only one of the many holes.
