This winter pool cover boasts a 14 14 scrim count (the industrys top standard) and the density of 185 GSM. Our 18 foot round winter pool cover prevents and keeps the water inside uncontaminated until spring.

The Pool Cover is incredibly heavy duty, the color is a very deep/dark blue. I picked the blue because it was the least expensive color! It fit beautifully over my 24’ round Doughboy Pool with ample overlap so we could allow the cover to rest on the water and not stretch it. I don’t know why people say the cover is too large, they must not know what they are doing, because this cover was perfectly sized for a 24’ round! We added 4 cover clips per section, so she’s not going anywhere; the cable worked awesome as well. We’ll see how this beauty holds up over the next 9 months (we’ll open her up the 3rd week of May 2026. I live in NY, it’s getting cool at night, so it’s time to say ‘see you next May’ dear friend!

Seems to be very thick and well made compared to the other flimsy covers you can buy at your local pool store. I’m very happy with this cover so far. Just closed our pool today. I’ll update you in the spring.. my only suggestion is in my case I have a 18 foot round pool and bought the cover for a 18 foot pool it covered the pool well with plenty of slack but I wish I had gone the next size up for personal preference.

Cover / Tarp is a good weight and thickness. Covered the pool really well all the way around. After 1 winter, in Virginia (2024-25), the cover / tarp itself held up better than some of the others I have tried. No holes but a few worn spots. This one will be used for a second season. The winch is a true waist, did not work well at all. The wind would blow the cover up and the cable would come loose with the winch. I believe it is the same type of winch sold with every cover system. We used a ratchet strap with the cord that came with the cover / tarp. This worked really well. Only gave it 4 stars because of the winch. I would purchase again because of the way the cover held up.

Initial impression is that this is going to be a great cover! The cover itself is thicker than others I have purchased. The entire cover is surrounded by a heavy duty cloth band in which the eyelets are located. This design should help with the overall durability.

Great pool cover so far. I closed my pool in September and opened it in May. We had MAJOR ice storms and a huge snow. I lost no water and it didn’t develop any holes. I like the extra curtain of material which helped keep debris out of the pool. Water was clean and had very little debris the pool is directly under a large tree and surrounded by woods. I get a lot of leaves and they were easy to clean off. Good value. Would recommend. Lasted 1 year so far
