Overall this is a good little heater. It looks great and hearts up quickly! The 9 levels are great for adjusting to just the right heat level. It also connects quickly to the internet and is 100% Alexa compatible! It was easy to use Alexa and very responsive. It's dead quiet and simple to use. The ONLY thing to note is that it is actually smaller than expected. The heating element itself is about 15 inches, the rest of the length of the heater is controls, etc. So to warm up an outdoor space, you need to sit right near it. We installed it at our cabin to help heat up the outdoor area. I forgot to take pics but will add in future.

My deduction in a start doesn't have to do with the quality or amount of heat. Rather, I found some inconsistency in the mounting instructions that indicated the angle bracket went on the wrong side of the fixed bracket. Installed the way shown, the heater would not stay at the fixed angle needed. I had to remove the brackets and reposition them so that I could reverse the side the angled bracket met the fixed bracket (opposite of how the instruction manual showed). Once I did this it held just find. Another issue is that the included hardware is not the best quality. I had one of the included screws reach a certain depth and then the head just stripped out. Another the head broke off while screwing it in. I had to reposition the bracket slightly so I could make a new hole because the included screw was broke off embedded in the wood. Fortunately I have extra screws of various types and lengths in my garage, so I tapped into my stash and was able to get it secured well. I also could not get it to pair to the app (it would never find the device and the instructions don't say anything about entering a pairing mode. Not sure, but I haven't tried since). Now that that is out of the way, I'll talk about the heater itself. It is a great looking unit, and appears to be of a good quality build. The remote if a tad bit large, but it mounted find on one of the studs next to the door of my shed. It is easily adjustable, and heats up pretty quickly. I have this installed in a 12x24 utility shed, that is insulated. I raise animals in this building and in the winter need supplemental heat. I've used an oil filled heater in the past, but it just doesn't seem to get quite as much heat across the building as I'd like. Also it takes up floor space with a cord stretched across so it is always in the way. This has done a much better job of heating the entire space on the cold days. And because it is mounted over the door, it is out of the way, and closer to the primary point of heat loss and seems to be very efficient in its function. Overall this has worked very well for me. One other down side is that this is a power on/off device. What I mean is that if the power goes out, it will not come back on when power is restored. You have to manually go turn it back on. This might be better if I could get the app to work, but I haven't been able to. This is the main deficiency for me, because where I live my electric company has peak hours that charge way more for usage, so I use a smart plug to turn the heaters off during those hours. By the time the peak hours end, I am at work and have no way to turn the heater back on. It has been okay, but would be much better if it could return to it's setting when power is restored.

The heater works great. No actual way to turn it on or off on the unit, without the controller or the app. I have paired to Alexa which saves time on pushing the button on my controller or pulling up the App. For safety measures I put it on the lowest settings before turning off incase it turns on accidentally. I suggest finding a ceiling mount which is sold separately.

Easy to install. Works as expected. Wi-Fi and Alexa functionality work fine. Heats up fast. Works as intended. Great value. The bracket seems a bit long, but I guess that's to secure a certain distance from the wall.

Bought this heater on Dec 24 as a backup to another heater in my garage. Was able to connect it SmartLife app and was easy to control from there. Came home today, Jan 21 and the infrared heater won’t work. Haven’t pulled out manual yet to try and troubleshoot. Will update once I get a chance to look at it
