Great moisture control. This thing pulls a lot of water from the air, it is amazing. Purchased for 1,500 sq feet house. This is advertised for 2,000 sq ft. My only issue is that the water tank is to small. I was so impressed by how many sq feet this covered I did not realize how limited the water tank is. The water tank only holds 57 ounces of water, which means this water tank has to be emptied very often because weather is very humid on a daily basis here in Texas and I don't have a means to use the drain hose so I have to rely on the water tank. System cuts off when the tank is full so that is a great help because I am having to get used to emptying it so many times. It is very easy to empty, my granddaughter empties it too. The settings hold when you turn it off to empty the tank, once emptied you just reinsert the tank and push the power button, the unit continues like it was never interrupted. Additionally, our house has a very high ceiling which leads me to believe I should have purchased a unit made for more than 2,000 sq ft. I am currently looking for another unit to add. I love the value, durability, and efficiency of this one, but I need one with a larger water tank. I did not deduct stars because it is a very functional unit, I love it. I just feel I cannot deduct stars for what I feel is a small water tank. The stats clearly state the water tank holds 1.7 liters which an easy Google search shows equals 57 ounces. I just did not pick up on that looking at the great reviews. I am wiser now about what I want. If the specifications meet your needs, don't hesitate to buy, it is a great unit.

Best purchase in a while, works fantastic, very comfortable in the living space has reduced a lot of the musty odor from the humidity air quality has definitely improved, the only thing is that if you do not use the hose to drain , it does have a small catch draw in the back , I empty at least 2 times within a 12 hours every day but it has been very humid outside lately, run extremely quiet. I would definitely recommend this unit if your having a humidity issue in the house . AC is not working as hard as it used to.

I purchased this item in July of 2025. Initially I was very pleased with it, it did the job we needed it to do in our basement. But as of a few weeks ago it has stopped working completely. We have tried to find a customer service # for Tazico but can't find one anywhere. We are within the warranty and would love to get it to function. Water levels are fine as we are using the hose. Filter has been maintained clean. Update on my previous review: Customer service was able to reach out to me and has reimbursed me for the damaged unit. As I mentioned in my first review- the product was working great and accomplished what we needed it to do. I will look at replacing this unit soon with similar from this company. Appreciate their support.

Grossly misrepresented! If you look at the Amazon's pictures, humidifier looks at least 2 feet tall and 1.5 foot wide, as in one of the accompanying ad (also attached). In reality, it can easily fit under the lamp stand in the same picture - with space to spare! Next misleading statement is that Trazico is "30 Pint Dehumidifier". You would assume - as I did - that it has 30 pint capacity water tank (my previous one was 50 pints and I thought that 30 pint wouldn't a big deal). Wrong! What they meant is humidifier is CAPABLE of removing 30 pints a day - not holding it! Water tank tiny and has only 3 - 4 pint capacity - that's it! Yes, you theoretically can use a drain hose, but in my case (in the living room) it's not possible. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning this doll house humidifier and will use to in a small 6'x12' walk-in closet - seems it's designed for the exactly this kind of job. Update: although key issues identified above stay, I decided to update my rating from one star to five. It may seem like extraordinary change, but I believe that company's response to this review and couple weeks of experience with this dehumidifier warrants that. Here is why - concerns and pluses: "Concern": Small water tank. On one really muggy day, I had to empty it three times, which also means you have to be at home all that time to ensure continuous moisture removal. "Plus" - Humidifier is quiet and efficient. Also, want to give kudos to the company, who after reading the initial review reached out with apologies for my troubles, assurances to take corrective actions and even offered a full refund. Conclusion: if you understand the limitation of this dehumidifier (i.e. it's designed to be run it with the hose), it may be the right product for you - compact, quite and efficient.

I have this in my 500 SF insulated garage, and although it helps, it runs constantly and only rarely gets the humidity down to the level I want. It is quiet, but I don't think it moves enough air to control humidity adequately. There's no way I could ever imagine this being halpful in a 4000 SF house. My last one was another brand from an old retailer that I don't think is still in business. It was only rated for about 1500 SF, but did a much better job in my garage, until it broke.It was about twice the physical size, but it lasted about 30 years. To bad they don't make them like that anymore.
