This is a gorgeous sink. Ours came beautifully packaged each piece individually wrapped in boxes, bags, and plastics with the utmost care. It came with every single thing pictured which you cannot not beat at this price point. I was hesitant to spend nearly $400 but upon going to local retailers and looking at similar sinks it became very apparent that getting this sink would cost well over $600 with all the added features such as the water fall rinse station, drying rack, cup/bottle washer and the incredible wooden cutting boards. Plus there is a ton of other hardware included for an easy and seamless installation. We had to buy one additional part but this was zero fault to the manufacturer and just a unique need of our home because of however the previous owner had done hook up under our particular sink. I honestly don't think you can get a better sink, at this price and it completely elevates your kitchen in the best ways possible!

We have always had double sinks. So, we thought long and hard before purchasing this sink. Reviews were good, it looked nice, and it came with some nice features. Starting with the package arrival, the package was damaged and retaped on the end, so we proceeded with caution when unpacking it. What we found was that it had been package very well, found no damage inside and what we received was gorgeous. It functions perfectly with the one basin and one drain. All of the add on features are beautiful, are easy to use and don't disappoint!! The Sink drains like a dream and the garbage disposal fit perfectly. We are very pleased and hope everyone who buys one of these is as happy as we are. We highly recommend the manufacturer of this product and know you will be happy if you buy one too!!

We've had this sink for a few months now, and overall I love it. It's so close to being a five-star sink, but it really does have a couple of things that need just a touch of tweaking. First, the pros: Range of sizes -- The fact that we can get this sink in a 33x19 size for manufactured homes is an absolute dream. I remember seeing this sink when it first came out and being so sad because that size was not offered at the time. Lo and behold, when I went to replace the crummy double-bowl sink that our home came with, they had added this size to the sink lineup, and I couldn't be happier. Good on Lordear for offering a wide range of sizes, even those that are maybe less common. Roomy -- Gosh, it is so so nice being able to lay down an entire large baking sheet in the bottom of this sink and being able to do most of the washing down where the water won't get all over the counter. Accessories -- For the most part, the accessories are very useful. I don't really use the slanted draining bin much, and I don't often use the cutting board on the sink shelves, but I still appreciate having them. And the rack in the bottom of the sink is invaluable for keeping clean dishes above the flow of any dirty water if you're letting them sit in the sink while you finish washing everything. Design -- The highlight of this sink is the design choices. I *love* the waterfall, the three flow settings on the main faucet head, and the glass cleaner. It makes this sink a truly versatile workhorse. Combined with the thoughtful accessories, the design of this sink is truly one of the best out there. Installation -- My husband did the install, but he didn't have any complaints. Said it was pretty easy overall. Now, on to the very few cons: Faucet handle -- While the use of a single faucet handle probably helped reduce the overall cost of the unit, I would have preferred a separate handle for turning the main faucet on and off, rather than one handle to control both the main and waterfall faucets. (This was a feature that I took for granted when looking at the sink, and it was my own fault for not paying closer attention to the faucet handle setup.) It's especially annoying when you have dirty hands and want to turn on a bit of water to rinse, because the dial is rather difficult to turn with just a finger or two. Its a minor inconvenience, but one that I think should not have been overlooked given the excellent design of the rest of the sink. It also leads into the next point. Water flow -- The hot water *always* comes out at full volume because there is no separate handle to control the flow rate coming out of the main faucet. This is usually fine, but on occasion, I want just a slow flow of hot water for rinsing off something that might spray water out of the sink or for measuring out a small amount of hot water for cooking. Having the water gushing out at the rate it does makes this impossible, and is the most major oversight of the sink design in my opinion. A separate handle for the main faucet would likely have solved this issue, or perhaps a separate knob to control flow rate. Sharp edges -- The only real problem we had with installation was that my husband and I both cut our fingers on the exterior edges of the sink, he while installing and I while doing the additional caulking around the edges. While the cuts were minor in nature, the company should still take better care to remove any sharp edges in future. In general, I'm still in love with this sink, as it's *worlds* better than the standard double-basin sink that most manufactured homes come with. But if the company ever decides to slightly redesign it in future, these tweaks would make it the perfect addition to the kitchen.

Nice sink, good quality. Install easy, hold down clamps difficult because sink is deep and fills the opening leaving no room to install the clamps. I used silicone and limited number of clamps ( the ones I could install), the sink is installed solid and is not moving.
