I bought this particular steamer because of the attachments, but they are made of cheap plastic that melts from the steam. I was sick when I got it and didn't get a chance to return it within the 30 day window. I was told by Amazon there was nothing they could do, but that I could reach out to the seller. The seller has an automated system that sends you back to Amazon so it's totally useless to try to get help from them.

September 7, 2024, I acquired a steamer. Upon using it for the first time after returning home on April 1st, 2025, I encountered an issue. Although the machine indicated that it was filled with water and the lights were on, no steam was produced. Upon further investigation, I discovered similar complaints in the reviews. In other words, this steam cleaner is trash, and not worth the investment. I advise everyone to thoroughly research reviews before purchasing a steam cleaner to ensure you are getting a quality product that is worth your money. I will now need to search for a reliable steam cleaner online, but this time I will carefully review all feedback. I am inclined to give this particular product zero stars as it does not meet expectations in terms of value for money. Therefore, exercise caution if you are considering buying it.

The media could not be loaded. So I expected much more steam power on this mop and wasn't too thrilled with the pressure. I do like the spinning mop heads which certainly do pick up a lot of dirt off the floor. I took a video to show you the before and after on the microfiber mop head. The handle is a little quirky to take off once you put it on but you get used to us. The power cord could be a little longer. The machine does heat and create steam quickly as described. The mop can move by itself due to the spinning heads making it easy to push as needed. It could use multiple speed spin. Since it's microfiber, it won't harm the floor. The system comes with various tools to make it hand held. It's a little bulky but decent to hold. When you use the concentrated steam nozzle, it doesn't really push out too much steam. There is not a lot of force so I am not sure how much it will clean out of crevices or grout lines. You get a window attachment as well as furniture and crevice tools. It's a good system but not worth that price. I do see the coupon they offer, but even after the coupon, it's probably not worth it.

The Hapyvergo 15 in 1 Steam Spin Mop Cleaner Machine comes with several attachments to really utilize its steam cleaning abilities but it's really difficult to swap out handles and parts. They lock together with push button pins and I find them difficult to depress to get them apart. It does put off a ton of steam and the rotator heads spin and buff well. The long cord is a plus and reaches surprisingly far. It did seem to clean my floors well enough with steam and the rotating heads but I was a little let down by it not having an auto on when you tilt the handle back. I do now realize it is designed this was because it is a handheld Steamer as well and not just a dedicated floor Steamer but for the large head it does get frustrating to have to reset the steam level and rotating head on off each time you go to refill the water tank and resume cleaning. Overall it's a solid product and doesn't require cleaning solutions to get a nice feeling clean on your floors or grout especially if you have newer babies that are close to the ground.

The media could not be loaded. The Hapyvergo Steam Mop machine makes dealing with tile less of a chore. There are many attachments that will allow you to configure the machine to target just about any surface. It converts to a handheld steaming tool with many attachments or a stand-up floor power steam mop. It is a complete appliance and comes with everything you need. The machine assembles easily, the directions are clear with images and in no time, you will be steam cleaning. In my opinion this machine is good for common home living and not an industrial type of cleaning. It is a lightweight plastic housing and the surfaces I tested worked quite well with just the steam, no chemicals. I love the adjustable telescoping handle, makes it easy to use. There was one problem I had, my water reservoir had a loose steel ball and fill tube flopping around in the container that I could not get out and was not connected to anything. I suspect it is the pickup tube and the ball is just a weight to keep the tube at the bottom of the reservoir. I filled it up with RO water anyway and there were no leaks and turned it on, and it works fine. I suspect that it will run out of water faster because the tube is not attached. I will contact the manufacturer to see if I can resolve this. (as you cannot easily open the reservoir to attach this, it is sealed.) UPDATE: I emailed customer service (as per the info enclosed card in the package) and I included a picture and video of the issue and they promptly replied (in clear English) and they explained exactly why the machine has that ball and tube (it will aways pick up water no matter what position it is held in, even upside down) They apologized for the oversight and will be shipping me a new reservoir. So, they have a customer service department, and they respond to emails and appear to stand behind their products. I would recommend this item for any home or apartment dweller that has tile or hard surfaced floors. (it also works on upholstery) It is perfect for these uses. This company has a store on amazon that sells all kinds of steam generating appliances and the machine comes with a 1 year warranty. Given my experience with customer service I would feel confident in ordering from them even though this is made overseas in China. Positives: • Lightweight home steam cleaning machine works great. • Lots of configurations (15) for handheld and floor uses • Good customer service (minor reservoir issue resolved) • Reasonable price • Simple to operate. • Quiet operation Negatives: • This machine is not intended for extreme duty or heavy industrial applications. • Will need a bag or box to hold all the parts in one place. • Storage of the item may be an issue for some. (hangs easily though on garage wall hook) • All steam generation devices prefer sediment free water for long lasting. Overall, I like this appliance because I don’t like putting all kinds of chemicals down on the floor, steam cleaning works efficiently and effectively without them. I was going to give them 4 stars because of my issue with loose pick up tube, but after contacting customer service and their great response, I moved it to 5 stars. The advertisement and product photos are accurate. I recommend this item. 5 stars ***UPDATE: 2/26/2024 I just wanted to update this review to include my experience with customer service. As I mentioned above my original steamer came with a part that was partially broken (metal ball and pickup tube in reservoir was disconnected.) After contacting customer service, they apologized and sent two more reservoirs. I received several emails along the way from them following the progress of this shipment and they helped me deal with customs and FedEx. Anyway, today I received the package (at no cost to me), and the item now works well. I want to thank Jack and Rachel at HapyVego customer service for getting the part to me. For potential consumers I would not worry about customer support. They will respond to your issues if you have any.
