Once it was delivered and we did the assembly, we found it was exactly as promised! This scooter was so easy to put together and it is so comfortable to drive. The seat is adjustable to our different heights and the entire scooter folds up in a just a few minutesand fits perfectly into our SUV. The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble is a understatement. Took less than 15 mins to put together. The red color is vibrant and beautiful. Sleek and slim does not take space up in your home. Having a pprt to cjarge your phone is so convenient. Has a headlight so others can see you during late hours. Speed adjustment and battery status right at your view. You can easily adjust your seat. Great leg room. It has 2 baskets one in the front and one in the back for extra storage. None slip handles for a nice grip. Easy to fold for traveling. This scooter has met all the expectations and operates smoothly. Highly recommend the purchase of this product.

I love the versatility in speed and terrain mobility.. moves well in home, streets, shops and yard. Does not like sandy areas. Simple assembly and great adjustments in seat, arm width and steering column. Great front light but no backlight so not perfectly safe for night use. It seems sturdy.

This chair is more than I expected. It’s very stable and it can go super fast when I need it to. I am also very happy with the extended battery for those long outings. The first extended battery that came the casing was broken, but the seller had no problem with sending me a new one right away. The other feature that I love is that it is collapsible and fits in the trunk of my car and with the weight of the chair my husband has no problem getting it in and out of the car. It is worth every penny.

No complaints about this scooter. Battery lasts a long time, you can adjust speed. The seat swivels and arm rests go up and down to get in it easier. The light for night time works great and love the 2 baskets instead of 1.

Have had this product for more than a month, and it has been extremely reliable and helpful not to mention zippy. It is quite comfortable and stable with a chassis that can withstand a lot of rough and tumble from pavement to some light to medium off-roading. The turn radius is quite generous, and the unit itself has quite a diverse array of adjustment capabilities throughout its structure for overall customization as well as storing it in a vehicle for transport. Really appreciate all the safety features from the very audible backup alert and honker to the very capable and bright LED headlight and tough brakes as well as the front collision bar and anti-tipping back wheels. The weight is a bit on the heavy side, but you really get a lot of capability for it! And its front and rear baskets are spacious and provide more than adequate storage. It has plenty of legroom as well. Not to mention the battery life is just leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. And if you order the models with extra batteries, you can go VERY FAR, but you can still go great distances with the included one. Customer service is second to none as Fleur and Lena in particular helped me with securing the rear view mirrors that didn’t arrive with my order as well as a replacement for the extra 25Ah battery that came damaged initially. They took great care of me! Thanks Ecomobi-you guys hit a home run with this mobility scooter!
