I bought this for my mom who recently moved into independent living. It helps her get out of her room and be social. Her only complaints are that it has a fairly wide turning radius and the backup alert/horn is extremely loud. She's had complaints from other residents that it is bothersome. She only uses it inside so it's not really necessary for it to be that loud. Apparently there is nothing we can do about it because it's a safety feature so she tries to limit the amount of backing up she does. Since she can't turn it around in the elevator she has to back in or out. Otherwise she really loves the machine. The battery keeps a good, long charge and it's a smooth ride. Turning radius not good and little bit rough ride, but if I could I would give it a 7 or 8 rating! Easy to disassemble and load in our suv, very handy to have when stores don’t have drivable carts. Took to our grandsons football game and worked great!

A very good cart ,easy to assemble and disassemble. Wife loves it. Only con its very heavy with the battery in it. Really would like it to have been a little bit lighter. Battery life is great. Seat could be a little more padded, kinda on the thin side for heavier people.
