Saw an ad for these and decided to try it, why not. I’m glad I did! The ingredients seem beneficial, it’s easy to use and I prefer drinking the supplement rather than swallowing a pill. It’s really quick easy to mix in, texture isn’t an issue, and the taste isn’t bad at all! I was worried I wouldn’t notice a difference, but that wasn’t the case for me! Just need to be consistent. I do feel like I have more energy and a bit more relaxed as opposed to when I don’t take it. No side effects that I noticed either! It is a bit overpriced, but I’m glad I took a chance and tried the super calm, will definitely continue being a customer!

Overall I do really like this and have purchased a second time. It tastes kind of like pre-workout which gives me goosebumps when just mixed with water but tastes really good with a little lemonade and water. Also, I really think it helps with my nighttime routine and I sleep better when I drink it. My main issue is the packaging and how it mixes. The packaging is terrible. The main bag is difficult to tear open and the individual packs almost never rip correctly and end up ripping down the entire side. Not a huge deal but makes interacting with it frustrating. Also it doesn’t like to mix. I don’t know how people are mixing this with soda water because you have to mix it so vigorously to avoid a bunch of powder balls. I use a little handheld drink blender thing that works well.

From moist of the reviews I’ve read, people are taking this before best to rest well. As for me, I have been adding this to my water in the afternoon with my lunch and for the past week I’ve seen myself more relaxed, better focus and much better sleep at night. I wake up early without feeling i need more rest. I’m ready to start my day. I’ve also been less bloated and less cravings for sweet foods. I definitely subscribed monthly now that my husband has had his hand in my order. I have also noticed with him that he sleeps better at night.

I purchased this to replace my nightly glass (or two) of wine. It has 100% DONE THE TRICK! I love the taste of the raspberry lemon, it's perfect. I put it in a wine glass, use a little frother wand to mix it up and it's ready to drink. I feel the shut down I need to feel to fall asleep and stay asleep and wake up feeling refreshed BEFORE my alarm every day. It really is incredible how well this has worked for me. I drink two per night as it says you can have two per day.

Let’s start off with how great this stuff works. It’s not an instant relaxation , well for me. But it definitely helps your mind calm down and gives you some good sleep.
