I didn’t know I could change the canopy color! So I was looking for a very specific turquoise blue to match the branding and logo of my small business and this one is stunning! And affordable to boot without sacrificing quality! It has this gorgeous sheen to it, the vent hole for heavy winds and I was able to replace my old canopy in 10 minutes by myself! Super easy to set up! I love the velcro straps along the sides on the inside for extra security so when I’m collapsing the tent, the canopy doesn’t fall off the frame (IYKYK) I have a POPUPSHADE brand straight leg tent from Costco.com and it fit perfectly! The only thing is that it doesn’t have the water drain holes, but I have a grommet kit that’ll fix that, no problem. NOTE: I have not vending at a market with it yet but I can tell it’s high quality, durable material, and will last me a few years, so there shouldn’t be any issues. If there is, I’ll be sure to update my review.

Fits our Strongway 12x12 straight legged canopy sold by Northern Tool. Strongway no longer makes a replacement top or Northern doesn't offer one. Fit is great. Quality is as good or better than original. Have not tried in windy conditions, but velcro seems strong. -R. Woods

Really happy with this product, it fitted exactly to my set up. Heavier duty than my original, that's a good thing. Very pleased with the price and the way it looks. FYI my set up was smaller than a 10x10 but it fitted perfectly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Great Replacement Cover for My 12×12 Canopy — Durable & Easy to Install I recently purchased this 12×12 canopy replacement cover, and overall I’m very pleased with its performance! What I like: Perfect fit: The size is exactly right for my existing 12×12 frame — no bunching or stretching needed. Easy to install: The cover went on without much effort. The instructions were clear, and it properly secured to the frame with the included attachments. Good durability: The material feels thick and sturdy. It has held up well against sun exposure and occasional rainstorms without showing signs of fading or tearing. Clean design: The neutral color blends nicely with my backyard setup and doesn’t show dirt easily. A few small drawbacks: Zipper quality: The zippers on the storage bag feel a bit light — nothing major, but worth noting if you plan to store it frequently. Limited hardware: I wish it came with a few more replacement fasteners just in case — but the ones included do the job. Overall: This 12×12 canopy replacement cover is a solid upgrade at a reasonable price. It looks good, fits well, and has held up well so far. This canopy top replacement is perfect and beautiful! It has perfectly replaced our original top. Fits our members mark 10 ft by 10ft strait leg canopy perfectly. It has the proper velcro straps to anchor it to the frame and cones with cordage to anchor the top at each corner. Feels like it will be pretty sturdy. We get high winds here so it will definitely be tested on that point. With this extreme heat it has shaded our back door even more than the old faded original one. It was very easy to install on our frame.

This replacement canpoy was a slightly snug fit for my 10 x 10 steel & wrought iron finial gazebo (sold by COSTCO). The Velcro tie downs for the horizontal cross pieces fit perfectly, and are nicely stitched and reinforced. The velcro pieces which would secure the canopy to the four roof support connectors (trusses) are too short to overlap, by at least 4 inches. I have tried other replacement canopies from Garden Winds, Overstock, and Wal-Mart. The fit & finish of this one is better than those and at a better price. The forest green color complements the rest of the deck decor and house trim. It will be up another 6-7 weeks then come off for the winter. I will add grommets for drainage before I reinstall it in the Spring of 2026.

Bought a 10x10 Coleman Oasis canopy at auction. Unfortunately it was bought sight unseen for $10 and the canopy top was ripped. This product was a perfect fit and definitely better than the Coleman one. Will be buying a 2nd one with a different color for various events we attend.

My frame WAS 10’x10’ (120” to anyone that was in 3rd grade). It took me forever to find one!. Most say 10’x10’, but when you go into the pics you see 118” NOT 120”!! But I put the time & frustrated effort into finding one that actually said 120”. It was SUPER tight & hard to get around the frame, but we managed. BUT it was baggy as it worked its way up to the vent & when it rained I noticed water pooling at the base, but not so much that I wanted the hassle of returning. I just manually patted it up & out. WELL, we had a substantial rain & I was sick in bed when my daughter came by to bring me something & she told me it had collapsed! We bucketed out the water from the substantial pool of water that had collected. Reupped the tent only to find the frame had broken its very sturdy metal frame in 4-5 places (wish I’d taken pictures, but my only thought was to get it back up because more rain was coming & I had a Brazilian cherry rocker & table to protect). It also tore the canopy in several places too as the Velcro straps pulled when it collapsed & ripped stitching. The return window closed 5 days ago. I am DISGUSTED at the shoddy oversight that Amazon DOESN’T do on its vendors. I’m so disheartened that I spent days & many hours pouring over canopies & thought I’d found the perfect one. Now, not only do I have a torn canopy BUT have to purchase a whole new tent. IT WAS NOT CHEAP! Not purchased from Amazon! I think this vendor should be held responsible, not only for the FALSE information in their description (maybe a foot is not 12” in China?!? I’m sorry, but if you had seen all that advertised 10’x10’ only to see 118” in the pictures, it makes me wonder), AND improper fit, & FLAWED design to allow such bagginess that would allow such pooling. This could have hurt someone terribly had they been under it when it collapsed. I’m sick of having no recourse. I will try & contact vendor & update review. Getting in touch with anyone from Amazon is nearly impossible (at least w/the verbal acuity & ability to problem solve (I have 3 issues of their incompetence that has already cost me $50. Now this.) Apologies for sounding off, but all my reviews are carefully & honestly written. I’ve also noticed false reviews on many posts. The count doesn’t equal reviews. I’ve seen all 4 star reviews, with NO reviews, as an example. I do indeed hope that my updated review is more positive. I’m the most positive person I know & this has done a number on me. It has affected my physiology w/stomach issues & my anxiety is through the roof! Disappointed!
