All six Boxes arrived in good shape. I was a little worried that I didn’t have enough help because according to reviews, it took like 4 people to put together. 95% of this I put together by myself. My wife helped hold some of the side frame and helped with the roof frame. It took me about three days total, not working at a fast pace. This is a 12x20 and am getting another one delivered today, a 10x12. Quality seems very good. If I had any complaints, it would be the instructions are vague and mostly just pictures, a lot of flipping back and forth.

Clips on roof panels need to be permanently attached to roof panels as they keep popping off when you try to install panels otherwise pretty easy in just time consuming.beautiful product.insrct panels don't go all the way to top of roof leaving it gap for bugs to enter.need two people and two ladders.

I build things for a living so the skills I have were a definite plus in erecting this beast. First off I augmented the corner posts by inserting a 2X4 into each of them. This greatly increased their rigidity and stability. Secondly you really need to start with a level base which will help squaring the superstructure. If you are unfamiliar with "squaring" then take the time to learn how to do this. It will make installing the roof panels a whole lot easier. Even if you are familiar with "some assembly required" you will definitely need 2-3 ladders and at least one additional pair of hands. I used 4-6 and 8ft step ladders. There are NUMEROUS parts which are labeled in a nonsensical manner. Do not under any circumstances remove all of the screws from the blister pack until you are actually using that particular screw. Even if you are square and level you will have assembly issues for no other reason than "because". Just take your time and be wary of sharp points and edges on the roof panels. I also found it helpful to pinch fully closed the parts the slip onto the ends of the panels. If you don't they will cause you headaches by falling off when you are trying to install the panels. On parts that have oval screw holes DO NOT fully tighten these screws until all parts are assembled. This will help with minor necessary adjustments. I'm not going to say how long it took me to assemble this because I didn't work on it for full or consecutive days. Just don't think you can put this up in a few hours or even a few days. Especially if working alone. All in all I'm happy with the finished product. One last thing to cover which I haven't read in any of the other reviews is "grounding". This is a huge and tall hunk of metal. It's just asking for a lightning strike. I drove a grounding rod next to one of the corner posts and connected the post to the rod with 6 gauge wire and grounding clamps. Better safe!

This was a challenge to put together, especially when the roof was ready to complete. It took me about two days to erect, and I loved every minute of the process! The curtains and mosquito netting are not clearly labeled as far as which one goes where, so it involved SEVERAL reinstallations to get them just right. Also, the bands that wrap around the poles to hold the curtains in place are unlike any I’ve ever seen before. I still don’t know how they work, but I’ve made them look the best I could.

The quality of this product is not great nor are the directions. There are a few pictures but no real instructions. When setting up the poles, we followed the pictures exactly, but know what I know now I would have set the poles and the sides up differently. The one pole slipped out of my hand as it was too top heavy and with that little slip it caused the side to rip out of the pole. Clearly cheap materials. Unfortunately now it appears I cannot return this broken gazebo and now I'm out several hundred $'s and left with a pile of heavy trash. Very disappointing and it's near impossible to get a hold of anyone for support.

Very nice when assembled. Like building an adult "erector-set". Assembled fairly easy with basic knowledge. Anchors are adequate as they have already been tested in recent storms and held. Looks great and received many compliments about it. Screens and curtains are nice addition. Look for many years use. Required permit due to larger size which was no problem to get or pass.

I ordered a 10 / 12 gazebo, but that's not what I received the gazebo was smaller it was not true to size,I was very disappointed because I paid the contractor to put it up and discover it was not the right sides. I had taken down my old gazebo, which was a 10 / 12, and you can see the big difference. I also measured it, so it was smaller i was very upset the frame was nice but the curtains were very lightweight, nowhere near as heavy as my other gazebo that really kept the rain outside of it .

Well made gazebo for the price. I assembled the majority of it by myself, however two or three people would have made it alot easier. Only issue I had during assembly was the retaining clips that hold the roof panels in the tracks. They are flimsy and pop off when trying to put in place. I had to do a modification to make it work. Other than that it's been a good purchase. We've had a few storms recently with hail, and some high winds. It's stood its ground so far. For the price I would definitely recommend this item.
