Bought this about 2 years ago and recently bought a second one just a few months ago. They are very sturdy and durable, just don't use them during bad weather. I did not take mine down before we had some really bad storms and a few poles ended up bent. I reached out to customer support and had a wonderful experience with Lynn. I love the privacy over the window. The Velcro makes it easy to roll up and take back down. the framing at the bottom was a welcome surprise. This allowed us to as lights to the bottom and just the top. It was far easier to assemble than our previous tent.

The tent is beautiful. The assembly is not a one man job. It took 4 of us about 3 hours to put it up. Instructions were clear with pictures. Also they have excellent customer service. This tent comes in several boxes. When ours arrived the packages were damaged. Several poles were damaged (ran over by truck it looked like) and some were missing. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me more poles. The replacement poles also arrived damaged and some missing, again in an open damaged box. In a panic I contacted the company again as my party was 2 weeks out from that point. Jasmine immediately made it a priority and shipped me the poles that I needed, this time they arrived undamaged and was exactly what I needed just in time. I’d give this company 5 stars even if the tent wasn’t beautiful just for their customer service. They were awesome to work with and I love the tent. ... show more

Was fairly easy to put together. Definitely need at least 3 people to help assemble and lift up. Some of the poles had metal bits in the holes, one for two were slight bent do hard to connect some poles together. Wish there were markings to guide how far to push the poles into each other, putting the sides and top will be harder to pull tight if the frame is not "squared". The description says it 9.85 tall. It's actually more like 11ft. Says it ships in 5 boxes , but it's actually 4 boxes. Was quite sturdy, but don't know if that's because one side was against the wall of the house. Very disappointed in this read all specifications said water proof, heavy duty water resistant, uv protection just after set up first of rain found several little pinholes though out tent not to bad so just covered holes with white gator tape took care of it for quite awhile. I have made this a man cave set it on a 2x8 pressure treated platform and acquired it down to the platform. Now just over a year ago not it leaks everywhere especially all the seems the top is shot they would not honor it said it's over a year and warranty is not good anymore. My thoughts paying 1200 hundred dollars for it and all the specifications that they listed that it should last more than a year don't all of you? Well contacted seller and they want me to pay 300 dollars for a new top, I thought it was quite steep sense it's been leaks sense day one didn't replace it then because it's 20x40 not really very easy to take top back off it's 13.6 foot high plus it's full of all my man cave stuff, pool table stereo, lights etc. And would have to send it back to them before I was able to get another one. They wanted the hole tent back nuts. So the seller says he will sell me a top for 250 dollars but I have to purchase 5 is that stupid or what? I purchased my tent to host a women’s tea party. We were able to easily put 7 72” round tables inside the tent. The tent held up through high winds last year. We put it up for the tea this year and discovered a few of the poles didn’t connect easily. I sent an email and received a kind response from Khloee who has been excellent with customer service. She communicated every step of the way. I received replacement poles within a weeks time. I highly recommend this beautiful tent. It is definitely cheaper to purchase than rent. ... show more

This tent was a good buy! We specifically bought this tent for this party that was at the end of December 2023. We were a little scared but after figuring out that there were directions for other sizes we finally found the directions for the right size tent and was able to assembe the tent with 4 people it was nice and warm for a winter party. FYI it was cold and rained earlier that day and the tent was able stand california rain with out winds. We had 3 large heaters and 3 table heaters, we had to turn off all the heaters but left on only 2 large heaters. There were 80 people in the tent it was hot! Even with the temp running in mid 40's. It’s clearly quality materials. I’m impressed with how nice it looks. Took 4 people 3hrs to setup - you will want tall and strong people to put the sides in place. It’s a team building activity for sure! No parts were damaged or missing so far. Still have to put up the sides.
