Just the size I need. Quality is great. Like other buyers have said, this is not a padded backpack that is sturdy enough to stand up on its own and protect any delicate belongings. But it is lightweight, roomy and I love the flexibility of having 3 carrying options. Perfect for work or travel.

I purchased to use on an overseas trip to supplement my carry-on suitcase since this will fit under-seat on any of the airplanes I flew. I appreciate the outside zip pocket, interior zip pocket, and two open side pockets for folded sheets of paper and having airline tickets handy as I moved through the airport security. One will have to be conscious of how materials are placed -- perhaps those you won't need right away on the bottom of the main compartment. Although I did not use the backpack straps I am glad they are there and may well use them in the future. I shortened the shoulder straps so the bag could be close to me as I traveled and it worked very well. Love the slightly lighter color of the interior that allows for easier viewing of contents.

Lightweight, versatile, great straps, and, while maybe not as durable or rugged as the Kanken models, it has proven durable in my travels. It's the Goldilocks of size- not too big or small. And it's stylish enough that it can be used in many different environments. My wishlist would simply be more padding for the laptop sleeve, some additional organization, and a luggage strap. I remedy the lack of pockets by using a FR waist pack inside 🙃 I normally don't find pricy bags to be worth the hype (looking at you, bird-bag 🦢) but this is the exception. I buy a lot of bags and always end up going back to this one for travel and daily carry. I like it so much I have it in two colors. If FR added a few finishes, this bag would be perfection 💯

I’ve been carrying around this bag for about 3 months now and I love it. It’s nice and big fits everything I need to carry it’s been a life saver as we travel back and forth for my husband’s cancer treatment. Definitely recommend it especially the fact that I can wear it as a cross body or convert it to a backpack easily.

Nice, I used for our trip to California and holds your essentials: water bottle, snacks, wipes, sanitizer, wallet, a sweater, book but straps dig into shoulder and I wished it had a chest strap. Love the color.

Hubby and I just returned from a trip to Japan where this bag got its first workout. It performed beautifully for us and made our trip a lot more pleasant than if we had a different bag. The shoulder straps are a godsend although they did occasionally twist as the straps are being put in the shoulders…easily fixed with a quick flip over and then all is good. We travel with a narrow thermos which easily fit into the bag’s side pockets. I heard nothing but moans and groans from my husband as “another” Amazon bag was delivered to our home but guess who used the bag the entire trip and was very grateful for its features ( lightweight; several ways to carry it; and how it folds down to virtually nothing for easy packing). We did not overload the bag with weighty items so it was never “stressed” (just lightweight jackets, hats, small purchases, and sunglasses cases). I do recommend this bag provided it is not overloaded. Nothing failed with our bag so we look forward to taking it on future teips.
