Not good. Not even a year and when I finally needed it it broke. The brackets loosened and came apart, the rope snapped just trying to get myself unstuck, now it won’t stay engaged. For the money I would get a different one that won’t fall apart on you.

It's a little on the wimpy side, but it got the job done. I bought this to pull a 3,300 lb. car onto a U-Haul auto transport. It does have an automatic shut-off when it gets hot. You have to wait about 3 minutes for it to cool down, then it will start again. It took about four attempts, but we finally got the car on the trailer. We used the double line method and there was plenty of cable to reach the length of the trailer. I think the weight rating is probably closer to 2,000. The cable didn't break, so that was good, but it was sure struggling to pull the car on level ground and on to the trailer deck. Value for the money, I guess you get what you pay for.
