What didn’ti wrong with this Winch? It pulled out a stuck H1 hummer, I pushed it passed its limits. So far have only needed it once but it surprised everyone with what it was capable of. I anchored to a tree and the winch did the rest. Almost all the tires were in the air from how much load the stock went through. Even at max load it still kept going. A fantastic Winch for the price! I have only used this winch a couple times so far and it seems strong and decent quality. This winch easily pulls my Jeep CJ5 out ditches, pulls stuck cars with flat tie and moves trees off the trail. Easy to mount. Fit exactly on my 05 wrangler tj. Very pleased. Easy to wire all cables reached battery with no problems. Easy to operate. I love the wireless remote, it works great. Took about 1 hour to mount and wire no issues. Love it.

So at first I got teased because I didn’t buy a smitty or warn winch. This winch was less money and it worked great. It was easy to install. Fit perfectly on my bumper(jeep). I could pull anyone out of anything. Then I rear ended a truck after 8 months of not driving a vehicle and it killed my winch. So I’m buying this on again and I’m upgrading to the 13000lb. Winch arrived as described. Mounting and hookup is not difficult but a little time consuming. The winch did not work. I can't imagine how it made it out of the factory or passed by quality control. They will get no more of my money.
