I was sent these free from Amazon Vine program i needed a light to brighten up my backyard at night, and boy, did it deliver! This thing is so bright, I feel like I’m living in a stadium. I can see every blade of grass, every insect, and every neighbor’s annoyed face. It’s amazing! The light is very easy to install and use. It comes with a plug and a switch, so you don’t need to mess with any wiring or batteries. Just find a suitable spot, mount it, and turn it on. The light is also very durable and weather resistant. It can withstand rain, snow, wind, and even hail. I know because I tested it with a hammer. It didn’t even leave a scratch! The light has a wide beam angle and a long range. It can cover a large area with bright and uniform light. It’s perfect for outdoor activities, security, or just showing off. You can use it for parties, camping, gardening, or scaring away intruders. The possibilities are endless! The only downside is that the light is very power-hungry. It consumes 120 watts of electricity, which is quite a lot. It also generates a lot of heat, so be careful not to touch it or place it near flammable materials. And don’t look directly at it, unless you want to go blind. Overall, I’m very happy with this light. It’s a great product for a reasonable price. It does exactly what it says, and more. If you’re looking for a super bright outdoor light, look no further. This series of lamps are very sturdy and bright. 200W is quite powerful, blinding if you look straight at it. Once hung up, it won't be as powerful as a floodlamp, but close to it, lighting a yard and very bright right underneath it. These can be hung in a variety of ways, with a very adjustable handle, and work as both a portable worklamp to carry around or a light you hang outside. The back of this lamp is made of steel. It does get very hot, but the back is supposed to work as a heat sink, and the strong build makes it feel like it will last quite a lot of use. I'm keeping one as a worklamp and hung the other in the backyard. It's also nice the design can fold flat for storage, very powerful lamps in compact form. ... show more

These are super bright lights and I believe you could use them on a field for lighting. However, I'm using them for a bit of a different application in my garage. From time to time, I need extreme lighting in my outdoor garage for some of the projects I work on. I mounted these lights up high and they really provide daylight level brightness. But note, these are not typical garage lights, they are super bright so I wouldn't use them for general purpose garage lighting. Looking at them is just about like looking at the sun. These lights are so bright! They give out good, even light. It's really convenient that they plug into regular socket. They do get a little warm, but not enough to burn your hand, even after almost a half an hour. They are sleek enough they'll fit in just about any space.
