First, it does not reach the advertised speed and range, especially range. It rides and handles nicely. Then the brake handle snapped, and I was given a credit to fix it. The next day, it stopped running as it would not move. I was not sure what it was, but I decided I needed a new one, but that was not an option, so I was going to return it, but now that is not going to happen. They approved the return, but only 15 dollars for shipping and a restocking fee it was broke within the allotted time for a free refund, well that was not honored either, so now I have a scooter that will not run and and still paying on time. and as far as Amazon is concerned the matter is done ... show more

Worked great for less than two months and 34 kilometers....that's 21.7 miles....it showed up and was doa...fixed it...wire was off....but now when I start off and pull the accelerator lever, it just shakes and barely goes. It is fully charged. This happened of of the blue. I only ride this on the sidewalk. They'd better back this or I'll get a refund from my Visa. ... show more

Took it on gravel trails last weekend – those 11" tires + 6-level shocks are MAGIC. Even my 280lbs buddy rode it smoothly. Dual brakes stopped instantly at 34MPH. Insane!

This scooter climbs 30° slopes like it's nothing! The 1200W motor is insane - I cruise up steep streets without slowing down. The seat makes long rides comfy, and 31-mile range is accurate. Totally worth every penny!
