We love the bike. The trouble we had was some of it came put together from handlebars down; but it was all put together backwards or upside down. The fork was turned backwards (there’s even arrows that point forward; but it was facing the wrong direction), the handlebars attached to the gooseneck were connected backwards and flipped upside down. So don’t start putting together until you pull up the picture online in order to see how everything should look; I could actually tell by looking at it; but confirmed by picture online. Check the picture to see how reflectors and bell should be placed too. (You cannot tell by the picture in the owner’s manual). Purchased this for my 5yr. old Grandson; my daughter can't stop sending me video's of my Grandson having the best time learning to ride his new bike! this was a good purchase for the price. I have 1 more Grandson awaiting his new bike when he is ready, and it will be bought from JOYSTAR. La bicicleta es bella, de buen material, fácil de armar. Hay incluso videos en Youtube que ayudan a armarla conjunto con el manual. Trae stickers de letras para rotular el nombre de niño dueño. Peso medio. El único inconveniente es que es muy grande para mi hijo de 4 años. Está puesta al mínimo! Y el niño no alcanza poner los pies en los pedales bien. Sólo los topa.     • Sturdy but difficult to pedal
I thought the bike was sturdy and well built overall and a decent value at $100. The training wheels work well; no issues here (yet) about them coming loose. However it is quite heavy to pedal for my 4 year old, and so I’m not sure whether all 20 lb bikes are difficult to pedal, or if there is something “wrong” with this bike. If I could go back in time I might just pay more for a lighter bike (maybe if Joystar has another model) so that my child can actually enjoy the bike. Hopefully my child will get better at pedaling. Also, the front brakes were difficult for me to install, and I still have not installed them correctly. Wish there were better instructions. ... show more
