I bought 2 of these. The first one received right from the start threw an Error 02 I've spent 2 wks going back and fourth with seller on trying to fix it. 2 screws on the back of board were stripped. It's like we received a returned scooter. The seller is working with us but communicating just in emails is a little ridiculous. My son just wants to return his for a new one. Just to exchange it. We will see if seller makes it right I will update with more info. But my scooter I received was great.

Don't waste your money product broke in just a few months of normal use and finding replacement parts is impossible ... save your money and make sure you have a shop that can service your scooter before you buy it

More like thrill-hill, although I must admit, it does huff and puff a bit with my distinguished, heavyweight champion self aboard. Battery Life that Goes the Distance: The battery is like a juice box that never ends. It's got more juice than a fruit stand, promising a tour-de-scooter of up to 75 miles. I've been whizzing around so much; I might just need a new map. Lit Up Like a Christmas Tree: The lights on this scooter make me feel like a rolling disco. The media could not be loaded. My issue is the packaging and shipping upon arrival. While un packaging this scooter I noticed a few broken pieces and once I charged it to full and turn it on while putting the assembly together I noticed a few lights don’t work. Overall all looks great works fine only thing is the poor shipping hope you find this helpful

Does not go 65 battery last way less then advertised maybe 15 to 20 mins then it’s dead and you’re pushing it back home
