I wanted to use the bench for a bit before I reviewed it and I have to say that I am very happy with my purchase. I read numerous reviews on a ton of benches and I kept coming back to this one. Assembly was easy, the bench has a great weight to it and the safety catches for the bench and seat are very well constructed. 100 percent I recommend this bench if you have a better than average gym set up. It's not commercial, but it's as close to it in this price range for a home gym. I seriously doubt anyone will be disappointed with this bench.

This bench was well packaged to protect it during shipping. It is solid, well made and easy to put together. The main body is fully assembled. Great product. I think the only negative thing I can think of is that there is a bit of a gap between the seat and the back rest when the bench is flat to do bench presses. It's not a big deal but I am 5' 11" and I seem to want to place my midsection right on the opening. I still love it and think this bench is way worth the price. Good Job Tyrsen!

Ok for the price of $119. Cushions aren't solidly mounted to frame and flex alot. I may reinforce with steel bars.My weight plus dumbbells is in the 300-350 range and that is pushing the limits. Frame is solid and stable on carpet. Adjustments work well. Assembly was 45 minutes.

First, all the photos of this bench fail to capture its robust design. The square tube frame and supporting members are heavier than they appear in any pictures I've seen (even in the photo I've included here). When I opened the box and began assembling the bench, I was pleased to discover how substantial the bench was. The red powder-coated dragon scale adjustment notches are beautifully done, and the seat adjustment notches are even thicker. These provide secure points for quickly changing the bench angle—an important feature when transitioning to your next set. The adjustable headrest is a bonus feature. The bench has nice, firm padding that holds up well under heavy bench presses. The shipping box arrived intact, showing no signs of damage such as crush points or holes. Every component was present and accounted for. Unlike typical tools, the included wrench was a well-crafted cast tool rather than a stamped steel part. Additionally, the hardware for each stage of assembly is neatly organized in individually labeled plastic zip-lock bags. The assembly hardware itself is made of chrome-plated steel, which adds a nice touch once the assembly is complete. Looking for a heavy-duty workout bench at a great price? Then this is the one!
