I was hesitant to order outdoor furniture without trying it out first, but we needed some for a family visit. One thing is that it does require assembly. It goes much faster with two people, and once we got the hang of it, it wasn’t bad. These are very comfortable chairs and I love that the ottomans slide underneath the chairs when not in use. The little table is handy to put a candle on, and to set drinks on. This is a great set and we got a lot of compliments on it.

The patio set arrived in less time than scheduled (two boxes). Assembling the pieces is time-consuming but relatively easy. Once you assemble the first piece, you can follow the same path as the others, and the process is very intuitive. We had a minor setback with one of the missing cushions, but the customer service and the vendor's attention were cordial, fast, and efficient. I'm more than happy with this set! The chairs are spacious, the cushions are comfortable, and the waterproof material is very effective against the humidity from FL.

This is not your grandmothers wicker. This is very study and comfortable. Assemble was a little hard but we got it. Love the table and storage underneath. Holds up very well in rain and if the cushions get wet, they dry very fast. The backs are a touch low but easily fixed, we just turn the back cushions long ways and its perfect. The cushions are very well made. Love the deep red. The footstools are an added bonus and slide in and out easily. They also add additional seating. No regrets at all.

We just purchased these for our anniversary as it was time to get some new chairs for our front porch. Unfortunately, our porch is only 5 ft wide so most furniture will block our front door with ottomans, but these are perfect with the tuck under style. Took a little time to assemble as it's done with an Allen key, but was to be expected. Seem fairly sturdy, no loose joints or wiggle room when sitting down or getting up. Packaging was well done and instructions were easy to follow. Over all, I absolutely love this set and and look forward to spending a lot of time lounging on these. We'll worth the price!

I've put a lot of furniture together lately and this set was the most challenging/frustrating yet. The instructions are hard to follow (or perhaps wrong) and I couldn't find any YouTube videos to help. I reached out to the Seller asking for help and they sent me the same instructions that came in the box. I figured it out by using common sense and accepting that the images in the instructions were misleading. My biggest piece of advice is to use a screwdriver with an allen wrench tip - as using the provided allen wrench takes FOREVER!! Otherwise, I'm happy with the furniture. The cushions are on the thin side and the back is lower than I'd like, but I just turn the back cushion on its end and its super comfortable. They are good for a city patio with the ottomans stored under each seat - ideal for everyday but ready for a party.

It would be great if we could get help per our request & get a new bolt & the back of the chair as we requested for one of the chairs. The one we received has a manufacturer defect & so we can’t put the chair together. So we paid all that money for the furniture & $99 for shipping, & don’t have what we paid for. The shipping is was too expensive! If we can get what we need, it will be a very nice looking set for the spring & summer.
