First , I'm not a large person Second, I wear a 7.5 wide shoe , have high arches and instep these things where flying off my feet when I walked! The padding was flat within hours of being worn ! I've washed and dried trying to puff them up and shrink the fabric to no avail! I ended up sewing the knot wider to make it a better fit ! You get what you pay for! ... show more

It’s a miss for me, only worn a few times and there’s already large dents in the heal and also falling apart around the outer layer and stitching, so I imagine they won’t last me much more then a week or two.
