Wellfit Walking Pad. Best decision
I told my daughter I bought a adjustable desk riser for my home office and she said I should get a walking pad. I will admit I did not know what she was talking about. lol. I went and did some research and she was right, I would benefit from the walking pad. In my research I made a list of features I thought were important after reading multiple reviews. This walking pad fit the bill on all points. 1. affordability, the price was in my range. 2. The width and length of the walking area. Some of them are much smaller and I thought I will fall off or step off and break an ankle. The width and length of this walking pad was definitely wider and longer to make me feel more comfortable. 3. The remote control, that is needed if you do not have a hand rail. The one that came with tis is very easy to use. 4. The start and stop function. I needed one that gave a count up and down when it was going to start or stop and do it gradually. This is perfect. I gives you time to get ready for it to start moving and the stop feature if my favorite part of this, It gives you a count down and gradually slows down to a stop so you don't fall off. 5. Mobility. this is light enough for me to move it around and the wheels are an added bonus. I am 63 years old and I had no problem moving this around. 6. It is quiet and smooth. 7. it has an incline. 8. The app is fun, you can use it on phone, tablet or cast to your TV. It has scenes to display so it feels like you are walking outside, it also has challenges and exercises that you can do off the treadmill, tracks distance, calories and heartrate. I recommend this to any one of any age and fitness level. I have had it for a couple months and I use it several times a day while working. It has made a difference in my energy level and my body doesn't hurt as much now when I get up from my chair, I am not stiff. I am very happy that I decided on this brand and model.

Great so far
*update 11-15-24: I decided to increase the incline (2nd picture) so that I could get my heart rate up a little higher without increasing the speed. I train based on heart rate zones and duration versus speed and distance. Due to having to adjust my stride length this seemed the best way to get me in the correct zones. It worked. I was able to keep the speed the same while increasing the workload with the adjusted incline and get myself into the desired heart rate zones. Overall I am enjoying this walking pad. The only thing I wish it had was the option to pause it and then restart it to keep track of the miles for the workout because when you pause it it completely starts over again it doesn't keep track of how far you've gone already (for example if you wanted to go grab some water or go to the bathroom and then come back and continue on). *update: so I've had a few days of using this. It works as intended. My only issue is I have to take shorter strides (I'm 5'9 ) because when I walk normally as my foot gets to the back of the belt it makes a screeching noise from the belt rubbing under my shoes each step. If I take shorter steps this doesn't occur. So, having said that I feel like ike I'm walking faster than I actually am. Which is fine as I'm not worried about how far I go but more so my heart rate and time. So it serves its intended purpose. But if you're someone who has a longer stride you may want to keep this in mind* I just received this today and I am pleased so far. I will say I had to make some adjustments to the belt because it began to creak a lot when walking on it after I put the lubrication on. However messing around with it for a bit and making some adjustments to the tension on the belt it seems to have fixed it at this time. It does take a little getting used to as far as stride and balance but I'm really enjoying it so far! It's a little louder than I expected but nothing that interferes with me being able to watch TV or listen to some music while using it.

Great Walking Pad and Excellent Customer Service!
I’ve had my WELLFIT walking pad since December 2024 and have been happy with it. I love that it’s convenient to use at home. Recently, I misplaced the remote and contacted customer service to ask about getting a replacement. Even though my walking pad is past the warranty period, the company was willing to help me with a replacement remote. I really appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to assist their customers. Great customer service!

So far so good, it good to get my body moving again. I have no problems with it and it holds my weight of 300lbs. The walking pad is easy to set up and use. The incline is great for when I want a slightly more challenging walk, but I haven’t worked up to that yet. I love being able to store it against the wall and pull it out when I need it. I purchased it on sale, but I would recommend even if it wasn’t in sale. Buy it now if you’re considering.

It’s good for what it is
The reason it is getting a three star rating is because it says it came with a foldable handle and I didn’t receive one. That would have made it so much better and easier to walk on without holding onto other things on higher settings. Overall, seems to be okay. It took a minute to get the oil all over and the belt tends to move a little.. but it doesn’t affect how it operates. Display is big and clear. Easy to read. Runs pretty smooth. Can get a little noisy on the higher settings, but it’s not too terrible. Decent size, easy to slide under a bed if you have the space. Pretty clean looking.

This treadmill is awesome! Easy to maneuver around the house and easy to set up and use. It’s not flimsy and it’s very sturdy - but not heavy. It fits well under my standing table. Totally would recommend if you’re in the market for a treadmill for your standing table needs! At one point - I lost the remote and product support was so accommodating. I’d buy again just for their customer service. Highly recommend!

You get what you pay for
Pros: It's a decent price, and it works well as a treadmill with a pretty strong motor. The under-desk treadmill market seems to be fairly small and this was the best find I came across (at least on Amazon). Con: I've been using this for 2 days now and I've had one major problem, and another potential one. First with the major problem. As soon as I put it together (only had to put the feet on for incline and lubricate the belt) and powered it on there was a loud, repetitive thumping noise. Some investigating later and I found the source of the noise was the motor's belt rhythmically grinding against the body of the treadmill. There's a ventilation grate on the bottom that was pressed right up against the motor belt. I cut away 2 of the slots of the grate and that fixed the issue, but the real irony was that there was a QA tag (#16, I believe) in the box that approved this quality, which makes me wonder about the frequency of this problem. I removed the 2 stars for this problem alone. After starting to actually use it the treadmill's belt needed adjusting to center it on the track of the treadmill, which was fine. Understandable that it might require some minor adjustments and then it's fine after that. But then it needed adjusting again the next time I pulled it out (today, day 2 of use). If this is still a recurring problem in a week I'll update. I didn't remove any stars because the floor that I'm using it on isn't exactly level, so it's probably not doing any favors for the treadmill. Minor quibble for the manufacturer: This is purely meant as feedback to the manufacturer for potential improvement. The wheels on the end are tiny, so it's a bit wonky trying to find just the right angle to get it to roll underneath a standing desk -- if you have the incline feet attached. I have to get it mostly in position, lay it down, and then pick it up and place it in the right spot so that I'm not walking into the end of the treadmill while using it. It doesn't go quite far enough under the desk using the wheels. I would guess some slightly larger wheels would fix this problem. UPDATE: The seller contacted me and offered a full refund so that was a nice surprise. Adding a star for proactive customer service. Also, the treadmill belt did not need further adjustment beyond the second occasion, so I'll chalk it up to a weird coincidence.
