Do not buy!!!!! Doesn’t work as described Handel bars won’t stay locked in position which makes it very dangerous. They won’t pay for return shipping!!!! They are very slow can’t go up small hills . Do not buy!!!!!!

Great Purchase.
Very sturdy, solid and well built scooter. It will not snap at the neck as others do.I've put 85 miles in very hilly region. On 35% grades, it drops down to 19mph 40% @ 12. Top speed is above 31mph going down steep hills. Brakes work GREAT. Headlights light up the road very well. Tires are aggressive, smooth rolling and has great grip ripping around corners. The handlebars "pop" into place when setting it up. Tug on it up and down to get it set properly. For the price, this is a great product. Highly recommend.

Barely got me up the hill, even me, the youngest child, it went so slow, horrible motor Deffinitly NOT 1200 watts, DO NOT BUY THIS SCOOTER, YOU WILL REGRET IT!(it does go 31 mph)

Arrived with a safety defect — rear valve stem inaccessible
My scooter arrived with the rear tire valve stem misaligned and recessed into the rim, so it couldn't be inflated or checked — a real safety concern on a 31 MPH scooter. The seller confirmed it was an assembly error. I returned it for a full refund rather than attempt a self-repair on a safety-critical part. Inspect the tires/valve stems carefully on arrival. I can't speak to long-term performance since I returned it unused.
