The media could not be loaded. This mop was very self-explanatory to use, heats up super fast and is really light, which is great because it doesn't make your arm tired from pushing it. I like that it folds up small for storage, and the triangle shape of the head helps you get in the corners. It did a good job of cleaning our kitchen floor and was satisfying to use. In the video you'll see some white specks that did not come off the floor--those are paint and I need to scrape them off. But it did a great job with the regular dirt. I also plan to use it for steaming clothes and curtains, and to give the grout attachment a try in our shower. Beats a regular mop for sure!

Use this steam mop instead of the chemical cleaning stuff, not only makes you floor cleaner but also healthy to your body. It is just so quick to preheat, basically just plug and wait 10s you can start cleaning without waiting in the middle. Also it’s very compatible when fold down and store at your home. My apartment is 900sqft and I only filled water one time during mopping. I almost forgot I can remove the holder and use it for handy steam cleaner with all accessories. One money two deals, worth the money. Overall convenient and efficient also very clean.

This is a great solution when you don't want to be forced to store multiple devices to clean various parts of your home. The extra attachments make it easier to clean in hard to reach areas like your windows, crevices around the bathroom, baseboards, etc. I have found it works better on wood floors, but I would test your floor to make sure first. We have linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom and maybe if I kept up on it more often, the steam mop could do all the cleaning itself, but it seems to have a harder time on the linoleum. I can't count on it to get anything sticky or stuck on to that kind of floor. Otherwise it works great and it is so nice to just use water and not have to mess with buying extra cleaning solutions.

Plastic feels a little cheap and creaky: DONT LET THAT FOOL YOU. It works great! It takes about 10-15 seconds after turning on for the steam to start, and then when it starts its awesome! Puts out a lot of hot steam to sanitize and clean anything you may need cleaned. I've used it in handheld and full size mode, both are pretty good. Good value for what it is. Easy to use and easy to change out the pad, and easy to clean.

This is my first steam mop and it does what a steam mop is supposed to do! The steam provides the extra umph that our regular mop lacked. Just make sure the floors you use it on are sealed; it worked wonders for our tiled sunroom.
