This skillet offers the best of both worlds - a rugged, weighty cast iron pan with a non-stick coating (that’s a better alternative to Teflon and other chemical non-stick coatings) with no maintenance needed! This pan is the same as my previous cast iron skillet except I don’t have to ever season it or wipe away nasty orange RUST after washing and drying. Works exactly as advertised. Well made frying pan, good size, like the 2 inch deepth I can cook almost everything in it. When I first used it, food stuck on pan, but this was not a problem anymore after I heated the pan hot enough before adding food. It's easy to clean and maintain.
