Used this to cut back some overgrowth on the trees in my backyard and it did a great job. For a 12” cordless chainsaw, it’s surprisingly powerful and easy to control. I like that it’s lightweight and not awkward to handle, especially when you’re trimming branches overhead or in tight spots. Battery life has been solid so far, and having two batteries is a big plus so you’re not stuck waiting to recharge. They provide everything you need, including some safety glasses, gloves, and spare straps. Mine was missing the second guide bar; I only received the one that came with the saw. That's no big deal. This chainsaw is meant for small jobs, not heavy-duty chainsaws. Considering its size and looking at similar products, its construction and cost are comparable. It's designed for quick, odd jobs where a chainsaw is needed, not for all-day wood chopping. It does its job well. It's perfect for cutting or pruning small-diameter branches or shrubs. It's lightweight and durable enough. The price is right. It's a great value. It's very useful for small jobs and much easier than going out with a regular-sized chainsaw.     • Inferior chainsaw
It cuts good, but the chain kept coming loose, had to keep a close eye on it. I have had other electric chainsaws, compared to those this was way inferior. Also used to much oil. Sent it back. I have a lot of cutting to do, and the chainsaw was not up to par.

Great saw. It light in weight. It also comes with 2 batteries and 2 chains. It is powerful for the stuff that i do. You need to add oil before using for lubricantion. Easy to use and comes with charger for batteries so if you you use any equipment from this brand you can use the batteries.

Right out of the box, the chainsaw felt sturdy but not overly heavy, and the motor runs smoothly and quietly compared to older saws I’ve owned. Came with a nice collection of accessories and two batteries, and two chain guides. The assembled chainsaw is very manageable in size, easy to handle up ladders and in tight spaces, yet it still has plenty of cutting power for typical yard projects. The toolless chain tensioning system and the automatic chain oiling are nicely done to keep things smooth. If I had to nitpick, the chain needs tightening every so often during longer sessions, but that’s normal for chainsaws and quick to adjust. Overall, it’s reliable, well-built, and makes pruning and cutting a lot less of a chore. ... show more

The chainsaw works great, except for one of the batteries will eject itself while cutting, the other battery is fine. Kind of a hassle 😕 The upside is the batteries last a long time.

    • battery gets warm and the wire came off of the negative terminal.
works great. But after 5 uses it stopped working. After inspecting the battery pack I found one of the battery leads had become loose. I resoldered it back on and the saw still works great.
