Very tasty & convenient for a high protein drink which is soyfree. Vanilla is creamy and sweet. It is not thick, more like a creamy, milky consistency. I did not find a lingering aftertaste. I drank 8 oz water about 1/2 hr before having one can and it filled me up. Given the intensity of the vanilla flavor I put in my Ninja Mixer and added two big ice cube cubes, which gave it a more milkshake like consistency. To me it did not really affect the flavor. Another time I added 2/3 cup frozen blueberries and mixed in the Ninja - tasty. Next time it’ll be a frozen banana. I am thinking orange creamsicle using a frozen orange or 2 orange juice ice cubes. Hmmmm. I recommend and will buy again. Will try other flavors, too. By the way my husband who was on the road let me know it was “yummy” staight out of the cooler. 😁 ... show more

WOW, this protein drink is absolutely fantastic! 30 grams, 150 calories and it tastes as good as the other premium brands out there! Additionally, this brand is less expensive than the fairlife versions so it's fast becoming my preferred shake of choice. Cannot recommend it enough.

I was recommended this brand from a friend for protein supplement. It is probably one of the tasti-er product out there but it doesn't have the creamy-tasting of some other brands (tastes more like non-fat milk). I’m usually lack of protein since I’m not a fan of meat and now it’s even worse that I have to be on diet (medication makes me gain weight about a pound a week.) With the diet and lifestyle changed in order to keep myself healthy and functioning extra source of protein has been added to my meal plans. I don’t drink it daily and I usually mix it with coffee or smoothie. I still try to have a better balance meals as much as possible. But I really do like this protein milk. It’s not a meal replacement so it doesn’t make you feel full. It’s almost like you’re drinking regular milk just more protein. So when I have to keep my calories under control, substitute regular milk with this milk is a better choice since they have the same calorie but this one provide more protein to support your body. The milk is sweet but not overly sweet. It doesn’t give you the weird after taste of fake sugar stuffs at all. Which I really appreciated because I find most stuffs either too sweet for me or have weird sweetness in it. In a way I’d appreciated more if they have unsweetened flavor as well. It doesn’t have any weird smell either.. I also appreciate the can container, it’s recycled, and when putting in refrigerator it’s give a really nice chilling which cardboard containers can’t. Best part is I can use EBT card to purchase. Many health supplements are out-of-pockets products which with my health issues I already have to spend so much money on, this help me keep my body healthy while still being able to save some money for other important stuffs. ... show more
