The pans have a very clean look about them. They feel very strong and have a good weight. The large pan, Sauté pan I think, is absolutely huge. It is very deep and wide. This will be excellent for so many things and especially for pan frying items in oil. The pictures show the cooking and end product of cooking some rice. When I say rice, I am not referring to instant or bagged items from your local grocery store. I tried cooking some gourmet rice we bough online. It came out fluffy and tender on the very first try. Cooking was done on an induction plate. The lids are super clear and made it easy to monitor the rice while cooking. When water collected on the underside of the lid, a quick shuffle of the pan would send it falling back to the bottom. Not all but more than enough to allow you to see your items cooking. Cleanup was super easy. A quick shot of suds from the soap dispenser, some hot water, a quick wipe down inside and out, rinse, dry and done. Absolutely nothing stuck to the cooking surface of the pot. The rice was only cooked at 140 degrees. The handle on the lid remained cool enough to handle at this temperature. I am sure hot pads or gloves will be needed at higher temps. The main handle was very cool on the outer 2/3 of the handle. The inner third got warmer the closer you got to the pan. You would not want to grab closer to the pan, however if you were to bump it you would most likely not be burned at this temperature. I hope that the outer handle dissipates heat just as well at higher temperatures. Final verdict is that these are a wonderful set of pots and pans with a good range of sizes. The nonstick surface works great. The handles dissipate heat fairly well on the pans themselves. The handles on the lids do not do as good of a job in this area. They distribute heat very well across the surface. And, they have a very nice appearance.

This set is fantastic! They are light weight, but hardy. It feels like they will stand up to some long, continued, regular usage. I don’t have problems currently with anything sticking in it. It cleans easily with just a rinse and then wipe with the sponge side (not the scrub side) of the cleaning sponge. It says they are dishwasher safe, but I prefer to handwash to extend the life as much as possible, so I have not tested these in the dishwasher. We’ve cooked eggs, vegetables, and meats in these and haven’t had issues with anything sticking or not coming clean extremely easily. You get a variety of sizes, which should suit most people’s needs. My favorite is the largest pan. I have other pans that are similar in size, but not as deep as this one. They heat up quickly and seem to disburse heat quite well. I like that these are stove to oven ready. I think these are at a nice price point for what you are getting and they would make a wonderful starter set as a gift to someone. The only thing I dislike is that I got it in white and it tends to show spots and grease stains a bit more easily and quicker than the darker cookware I already had.

Cooking is what i love so i have high expectations from my cookware. This set is exactly what i was looking for. Its design and look are superior and just shout high quality. It comes with a 9.5" and an 11" frying pan, a large 5qt sauté pan, a 2.5qt and 3.5qt sauce pans, and a large 6qt stock pot. The Pots and Pans all have some weight to them but not overdone. The nonstick surface is also superior. Food literally slides out of the pan onto your plate. I absolutely love it when my eggs don't stick!! The lids appear to be high quality glass. The flat design is also convenient for storage. The lids seal on nicely as well. The handles are also well designed. They fit nicely in your hand. I also am really happy with the ability to go from stovetop to oven. I have not tried the oven temp of 500 but i would assume these pans can take the heat. I have never put my good pots and pans in the dishwasher, and do not plan on starting now, however these state they are dishwasher safe for those who like to do so. These are definitely a good value and i would highly recommend this set.
