We have been using this for a few months now and it has worked well, clear video, the separate chime is great as you can put it in another part of the house to hear the doorbell. The app is easy to use and it also chimes when someone pushes the doorbell. It does have a reasonably priced subscription sevice that allows for storage of video. It also has a motion sensor, So even if you aren't home you know someone is at the door. The sound quality is good. The battery charge lasts a good while and recharges quickly. The only drawback is you need the small poker-thingy [like you use to take Sim cars out of your phone] to separate it from the back to charge it. I can see this getting lost easy enough. For the price this door bell camera, it works very well. I've had a ring security lights with the camera which cost a lot more but cost didn't it make better. The picture quality is great if not better. Sure there's a all fee for cloud storage if you want that service but it's not required. Setup was simple. Overall, I highly recommend this item if you're looking for budget friendly doorbell camera that has all the higher priced doorbell cameras have.

The good: video quality is decent, setup is pretty easy, and the cloud service is cheap. Night vision isn’t bad. Battery life seems decent too for the few days I’ve had it. Areas for improvement: there’s no way to change the sound of the chime. Pretty much always sounds like a store door chime. Also, the switching between color and black/white mode is automatic, which kinda sucks. I have plenty of light in my yard, to where it should be able to see in color at night. Instead, it keeps bouncing back-and-forth between that threshold, depending on if I open the door or not. There really should be a setting to manually override and keep it in color mode. Also, they don’t make angle mounts for these nor are any included. So if flat mount isn’t gunna work, have fun finding another solution. Update: another area where it could be improved, but isn’t a super big deal…another area where it could be improved, but isn’t a super big deal….Battery Life seems decent! But as for the battery indicator, I’m pretty sure it just goes off voltage alone. Would probably last over a week on a full charge. Seemed to go down about 10% a day, acceptable. But today it went from 38% to 9% in 18 hours, and told me that motion detection was disabled due to low battery….okay….so I plug it in. Check to make sure it’s charging…cool, 12% now. Them 2 minutes later it says 48%….okay yeah it’s not charging THAT fast. So yeah, I’ll leave it on the charger for an hour or so and set it back up, and I’d suggest you do the same. The battery bar isn’t too accurate during charging. Just set a reminder to charge one a week or something like that. Not a big deal. Update 2: Yet another area for improvement: should come with a rubber plug for the charging port. When it rains, and you go to charge it, it won’t have it until the port s dried out. USB-C instead of microUSB would also be nice. All around, for the rock bottom price, it’s not bad at all. Certainly usable. Is the app selling your data? Who knows. But hey, everything is anymore. This isn’t a bad deal. Decent functionality at a great price. Just hope you don’t need an angle mount.

Caught suspicious activity, knocking on our door late night and he had weapons in his pocket. Now we can use this evidence to prove to the police. The quality of camera is amazing, battery is insane last super long and cloud storage is unlimited (we bought a yearly plan for $30) We feel so much less paranoid with this thing in front of our door. Definitely recommend!!

The media could not be loaded. After a lot of research, I decided to go with this doorbell camera. Initially, I was unsure because of the price, but it has proven to be worth it. The camera charges quickly, and the battery lasts a long time. I love how clearly it captures footage both day and night. It detects motion swiftly and from a good distance, which I appreciate. After a package was stolen from my porch, I needed extra security, and this camera offers great features without being too expensive. Subscription is optional if you want the ICloud storage but overall it’s a really good camera in my opinion.
