I would buy this manufacturer again
I was very impressed with the quality of this vanity. It was very well built and with quality materials. I didn't expect that from mail order. The panels are made from good plywood, not the cheap particle board (MDF) like most cabinets. The drawers are well built. The drawer glides are soft close, not the best quality, but good enough. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this brand again. ... show more

This vanity is incredible however the shippers damaged it.I contacted Decorative Kitchen and Bath and I could not believe how wonderful their customer service was. They answered promptly and offered a new replacement or a partial refund. We took a partial refund and are going to have someone come out and repair the damaged cabinet I was worried that the replacement might be damaged too.The outside box was damaged and the cabinet was damaged on the right side. I am really impressed with the construction and appearance of the cabinet. It is really well built and will last a lifetime. It is made out of solid wood and is very heavy and has no pressed wood. The drawers are dovetailed with easy open and soft closures. The light gray color is warm as seen in the mfg. pictures. It is made in Vietnam and the construction quality is a lot better than made in China. The counter-top has a nice matching color and goes well with the cabinet.I highly recommend this vanity and seller that has the best customer service that I've seen in years. They will bend over backwards to resolve any issues you might have, ... show more

I ordered two vanity’s from the same seller, one is single sink and the other is double sink. My contractor just installed this single sink one, and it is great! Had a small issue due to transportation and I am so glad that the seller has been very responsive and helpful at sorting things out! I will order one more for our basement bathroom when we are done with the other two bathrooms! Highly recommend! ... show more

Initially, very nice…

This vanity really is beautiful…however, just a few months in, spots I cannot remove from the marble top, and I’ve never used chemicals on it…and today, a dark mark under my soap dispenser, which does not leak, nor is it dripping with soap. Pretty aggravated that I spent over $1,300.00 on this and it’s not living up to my expectations. ... show more

This was a great choice for a bathroom remodel. We wanted a different color hardware, and they sent it right out. For those of you thinking about purchasing this, once you purchase it, you just need to message the seller to send you the hardware if you don’t want the silver that comes on it.
