I definitely like this bike but I will get the negatives out of the way first. I ordered 2 bikes at the same time and was given only one tracking number for what looked like both bikes. Only one bike was delivered and I was thinking the other had gotten lost. I contacted Amazon and they refunded my money. I was all set to just order another bike, when the seller emailed me saying that they had shipped the bikes separately and provided me with a separate tracking. In the end after about 6 different emails back and forth the customer service came through and worked everything out. The bike arrived a bit scuffed up. The bell didn’t work on one of the bikes and there was a few holes that did not line up correctly to put it together but I was able to still get it together. Once together the bike rides very nice and is very fast. I was able to get it up to 27 mph on full throttle. I went 15 miles using pedal assist and only used a quarter of the battery. The bike folds up nicely but is a bit heavy. Overall I would definitely recommend this bike but just be careful if you order two at the same time. ... show more

Update, they sent the new head light and made sure it arrived definitely a much better experience. Love the bike but the light doesn't connect and the company doesn't respond to emails.

It came very well packed. The dozens of zip ties were annoying to remove but overall putting this together wasn't horrible. the rear rack wasn't aligned with it's mount properly. I had to use a mallet to bend it down enough to get the bolts in. The ride is fun. This bike has a good amount of power. Handles gravel and grass well and I'm looking forward to taking it to the beach. ... show more
