The copper color hasn’t faded, cracked or chipped a bit. The inside remains easy to clean and nothing we’ve cooked to date has stuck to it. I haven’t had these very long, so I can’t speak to the quality after years of use. But, as long as you don’t use metal utensils, and you wash them gently, they hold up well. Food cooks well and evenly in them. Haven’t had any issues with food sticking to them. They look great, too. Anything better than these would probably cost 2-4 times as much. ... show more

After less than one week, the food started sticking to one of the pans, even when using oil or butter. We neither washed the pan while it’s hot nor used something different than regular dish soap to clean it. Since it is a ceramic pan, we didn’t expected this to happen so fast.
