The bee box is well-crafted and the nucs (for the interior) were easy to assemble. One corner of the box came loose (from shipping) but it was easy to nail the ledge back in place. The box is sitting on tp of cinder blocks in my backyard, waiting for me to bring home a queen and her bees.

The item came in the mail, and the only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the package missing the beetle traps and the customer service rep said they didn't have them at all in their warehouse(but they did refund me 10 dollars so I could purchase them elsewhere. Amazon has a pack of those (more than the 2 the kit is supposed to come with for 14 bucks, so a win in my book. The box is nice and sturdy, there is some assembly required but its minor hammering to get the inside honey panels connected. I am SUPER new to bee keeping to the point of not knowing even where to start, but the customer service was there to help me with that as well recommending a book for me to start, and I am very much looking forward to the next steps for this. So while it says its the complete kit it seems to me like they expect you to at least know what to do with all of it, I would say this is more of a kit for someone with a little experience and know how. but other than that it is awesome.

I got this when before we started keeping bees in April 2021. So far, we've used most of the items and it's very handy that it comes with so much of what you need - smoker, hive tools (j-hook, etc), suit, gloves, even smoker pellets, sugar water feeder tray and so much more. I'd say it's a great starter kit for beginners so you don't have to scout around for all the items which would certainly cost MUCH MORE purchased separately. Our ladies are still doing well in the bee box. I'd recommend it. Also it's very easy to assemble. Nothing has broken so far. I wouldn't call the box the best craftmanship / quality on earth, but it's quite passable. All in all, we're happy with it!
