Really nice refurbished desktop. It worked fine from the beginning. The set-up was easy. Very fast with many nice features. I like having 3Tb of storage (1Tb SSD, 2Tb HDD). I wasn't crazy about the keyboard (a little too light for me) or mouse (it powered off when I wasn't using it and wouldn't easily come back on), but I replaced them with ones I had. The LED mouse pad is pretty cool, and when you get tired of the array of colors, you can turn off the light by pressing the light button for a few seconds. The desktop doesn't come with a CD/DVD drive, so I purchased a Gotega External DVD Drive for $20 which works fine. All in all, I would recommend this desktop. ... show more

Refurbished might get a bad rap, but this computer works fine. I set it up pretty easy. I am pleased with the purchase. It comes with battery powered keyboard and mouse. I personally prefer wires.

It has only been a few days since I got and set up my PC but it has worked very well so far. It is fast and suits my needs. The mouse and keyboard were a bit frustrating to use at first but that might be because I had plugged the dongles into the USB ports at the back of the machine. I moved them to the front now and so far the intermittent behavior has not reoccured. The only thing is that it would have been nice if they had included batteries for them. The keyboard I received takes one AAA battery and the mouse takes one AA battery. So it would also have been nice if, since the batteries weren't included, they took the same sized battery instead of sending me on a trek to find the appropriate one. Barring that, I have not had any issues with the PC ... show more

The company and the product are a scam. The old truism of, "If it's too good to be true, it is." The computer came and didn't want to connect with Wifi. As in, the Wifi had no connectivity to it at all. After a bunch of restarting and trying to make it work, I gave up and used ethernet cables. Then, the Bluetooth died, because of course it did. No driver updates helped, so IT help available to take a call. Of course, about this time I realize the 30 days for Amazon returns is expired. Now, the computer refuses to work continuously, it just shuts off over and over again. I bought a warrantee with the Asurion company, and wouldn't you know it? They refuse to do anything unless you contact the "original seller." Problem is, Asurion thinks the original seller is Dell for some reason. And TekRefurbs cannot be contacted. Save your money, don't buy this product. It's what they call in the car industry a "lemon." It works just past the return window, and then everything breaks. I'm not the only one. Look for reviews on Trust Pilot and other review sites. Not a trustworthy company. ... show more

So far I am quite satisfied with this item. This is my first "Amazon Renewed" purchase, or refurbished device of any type. The first boot-up and configuring of the installed Windows-10 went smoothly. I am not sure if this i7-6700 based system can ever be upgraded to Windows-11, but no worries; with Windows-10, 32 GB of RAM, a 1-TB SSD and a 2-TB HDD, I am now able to run the latest version of my 3D-CAD and video editing programs, and just about anything else I can think of. I'm presently not into gaming, but there are plenty of graphics cards available if the integrated graphics chipset was not sufficient for some high-end games. This PC came with a new wireless keyboard and mouse. The mouse was the only thing I had a minor issue with. When pressing the left mouse button I could sometimes feel a physical interference with the right button. On close inspection I could see the ends of both button surfaces (between the buttons) not been sufficiently trimmed of casting flash. This was easily corrected with a razor knife, and now both mouse buttons press smoothly with no interference. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and would not hesitate recommending STG for anyone looking for a great deal on a powerful general purpose PC. ... show more

In the description it says shall be 1tb NVMe M.2 SSD and 2tb hdd. SSD inside was SATA not NVMe. It contained windows as promised, so the wrong ssd was from factory. Seller is located in Canada, so it was delivered to US address from there was sent to Armenia. It took a while to get and react, but talking to amazon's support was very nice. I even suggested to pay the difference if they (the seller) send me nmve as described. They told me seller is informed about situation and will contact to me in 48 to 72 hours, that was about 10 days ago. Nothing from seller yet. Attached picture of sata ssd which was inside. 2 stars for tech support is for seller, Amazon's support works great. Overall rating is 3 - it works fine, can play some old games till 2017, but i needed that second sata slot for another HDD. System was supposed to be on nmve and 2 more hdd's 2.5" and 3,5" was planned to be installed, now I have to have externall HDD attached all the time. ... show more
