Overwhelming when opening but comes together nicely! All the extra stuff is nice! We shall see how it goes! Needing to get gorilla glue after it stated everything needed is included was a little weird! Oh well!

Bought this for my wife a a Christmas present. We waited a bit to set it up and was stored inside our home in a closet. Set the hive up in APR 2022 and as you can see from the attached pictures there is considerable separation on the bottom board and on the lid which is wrapped in Aluminum sheathing. In addition, the wax dipped coating is also coming off. This hive is set over 18 inches off the ground on cinder blocks, which at set on top of a large plastic A/C unit pad. It is also angle slightly to allow water run off. Taking into account expansion and contraction, I can only surmise that the build quality is highly lacking. You can see there are only what seems to be brad nails hold it together and most likely not much adhesive. I am currently trying to get it back together using some epoxy and clamps. I should not have to be doing this after one year. In addition to that I bought another deep brood box and honey super from the same company, which I did not directly reach out to as I am disgusted that there is roughly 300 dollars of equipment here that seems grossly inadequate for the intended use!
