I looked all over for a curtain rod that had two rods because I wanted to have a light white curtain for the day and a dark curtain for the night. I was also looking for a bigger rod than what I have seen, at least for the top rod. This rod has a bigger sized rod for the outside curtain with white balls that screw onto the ends for a nice, contemporary look. Installation was easy, especially with a drill. I had five windows in which I wanted to hang curtains, heavy insulated curtains. Two of the windows were very wide at 110”. Three were smaller at about 56”. Bought several sizes of these curtain rods but was concerned they’d be flimsy and not able to hold the weight of the curtains. They’re strong and have no problem with the heavy curtain weight, even on the wide width windows. They’re simple in their design, which I like.
