Our house is set up strangely. If someone pulls up to our garage, we cannot see who is there. Now when our driveway alert goes off, we open the app and can see who is there, day or night. To be fair, we are not using the camera to record, so I don’t know if that works. We have tried 2 other cameras but they could not pick up the WiFi signal. This camera has 2 antennas and works just fine. It has a good clear picture and we really like that we can rotate the camera remotely. ... show more

I just bought this model after searching and comparing different surveillance cameras for a week. I noticed the 4.2 stars but gave it a chance. The installation was super easy, the app is very user friendly, and I like how I can control the camera remotely with my phone like a watch tower. It's pretty cool. Very clear image and seems to have a long batter life. I was in need of a wireless and battery powered camera that has remote control capabilities. I can also take screenshots, sound an alarm, speak through the microphone, and record video. For the price of this camera, I'm really surprised of the quality build. It feels very sturdy (not like a cheap plastic housing). It's hefty, and makes an impression when people walk by. My favorite part is I can "live view" anytime from my phone. I'll give it 20 days from this date and will make an updated review if things change or issues arise. For now, I might buy a second camera for the backyard. If you live in an apartment complex, it's perfect. Let your neighbors know you have an eagle eye watching. ... show more

I have your brand camera which I purchased before my doorbell model. My Zummimall camera is located where I’m to capture a clear picture of my whole patio. The installation was quick and easy. Once I had it up and running I was able to get any concerns clearly resolved, and one time I actually called your customer service for assistances. The was pain free and was able to quick resolve my problem was once you have your camera up and running you can basically handler yourself from experience. My model is battery operated and can go months without having to recharge. Again extending the battery life is depending on your setup of the camera functionality, take for instead. If you have things hanging infant of the camera view it will set off the camera and take pictures of the windcharms, banner, and flags. I just turn off the motion setting during the day when the wind blows here in the Phoenix area, and turn it back on during the evening. Now comparing my more expense doorbell camera. The only reason I purchase that particular brand was during a golf tournament I won what I thought was the doorbell camera, but instead just an added feature to the Doorbell camera. I could of just gave away the added feature bu was able to get the Doorbell at a discounted rate through Amazon. Lesser costing security camera offer basic functionality and great value for users (me included). The higher costing security systems are suppose to offer better reliability , advanced features (some cost extra money), and higher resolution. To me it really comes to your needs and the money you want to spend for your setup. Its just like a lot of things in life when it comes down to what you can afford and want, but me I have discovered the my Zumimall Security Camera is a far better buy money wise and functionality! I have them both setup in my front patio area and the Zumimall is by far the best option for me, not use the cost the dependability and ease of use. The pictures quality is no different. To this day I depend more on my Zumimall setup than the more expensive model,n. Which I’m still having to depend on calling their customer service (that is another set of issues!) to clear up problems. How can a camera set up at my front door not capture the mailman everyday with the mail or the flag flapping in the wind, or a bike thief on my patio trying to steal my three wheeler? Doesn’t make sense and I am Constantine having to adjust the zones to capture pictures. Be smart, more money doesn’t always equal better! Trust me on the experience and frustration I’ve dealt with.
