We love this product, we purchased for camping/road trips we have planned over the summer. This product take a little bit of time to assemble. The instructions have incorrect parts listed but once we used process of elimination (quantity and steps) we were able to figure out what hardware each step needed. PRO TIP: DO NOT install the gates until after you put the rest of the rack on the truck, especially if you have the trail rail system. It is much easier to screw the brackets into place without the gates in the way. ... show more
