This sauna was easy to put together. And, when I am in there alone, I like that I can move around and stretch a little. I have not been able to get it over 114 degrees. However, even at 114, it feels hot. I am not sure I would want it much hotter. Overall I like this sauna and am happy with my purchase.

Was a bit tough to stretch the fabric over the frame and it would be nice if the remote had a clearer light for the foot pad. Also the foot pad gets super hot to where it almost burns your feet so I just set it to the side and keep it on to get maximum heat. Does the job I’m glad I got it .

I bought this in early December 2022, and it has completely stopped working. When it was sent some of the heat panels were backwards, but I made it work. Also since I've been using it the thin reflective layer had slowly been stripping off. Just yesterday (May 18th 2023 less than 6 months later) it shut off in the middle of me using it. A couple of months ago the remote disconnected but it just got unplugged and it was an easy fix. I checked that again this time and it connected, I checked the wires they're all connected as well. The thing has just stopped working. I liked it while I was using it but I haven't moved it or taken it apart since I've had it, so it has to be something not working with the heating system itself. I'd really like to keep using it, the sauna itself was good for the price but now that it doesn't work 6 months is pretty disappointing. (EDIT): They sent me a new board to make the panels work again and it now works. I did have to install it myself which I wasn't completely comfortable with but the support was quick to respond. (EDIT, EDIT): 6 months later and now the footpad and the right panel no longer work. The panel made a strange noise a few day ago and went out, the footpad went out at the same time.

I go to infrared saunas as much as possible but for the money I was spending, I think figured I'd give this pop up a try, an it's exactly what I was hoping for! I'm a bigger guy 6'2 300lbs an there is plenty of room. It's recommended that u only spend 30 minute's in an infared and I was pouring sweat within 20. Witch is what I wanted. Only took 45mins to assemble by myself. An the seat is comfy an can hold me up. I highly recommend this sauna. Plus I can watch TV while burning calories 😜🤟🏾

Loved the sauna at first. Got really hot quickly. Unfortunately the tent absorbs sweat and after a short time it starts to smell. Zippers started to corrode from moisture and broke after four months of use. The infrared panel and foot pad still work; all it needs is a new tent but unfortunately a replacement tent is not available.
