Purchased this for my son’s birthday, he was so excited to put this together. Unfortunately the lights nor the Bluetooth work. Contacted seller who wanted pictures, and videos but there was nothing to take a picture or video of.. the chair simply is defective. Back and forth messages to seller and I was addressed by a totally different name... obviously they have other unsatisfied customers. I am not happy that I spent $165 + $24 in shipping for a defective item I cannot get a refund for. I do not recommend purchasing.

The chair was fairly easy to assemble and had all hardware with extra to spare(i double checked there are supposed to be extra screws) the leds could be better but cant complain too much, personally im just a fan of spotless led, the speakers are the chair arnt horrible quality either for a good gaming session, wouldnt recommend them for loud music though they tend to distort slightly, the comfort definitely could be improved though, i can sit maybe 5-6 hours before i start getting uncomfortable and for the price point that should be atleast 7-8 hours of comfort, hence the -1 star, as for the other -1 thats for the arm rests that have fragile "locks" to keep the arms from rotating In my honest opinion you can get a better chair at this price point unless you just really need speakers and a chair at the same time

Chair is of decent quality. I was surprised at how sturdy it is. It reclines pretty much all the way back so you can lay flat.I bought this chair because it was a cheaper alternative plus it had lights. Unfortunately the lights on my seat only work on one side. When I reached out to the company, they claimed that it's likely I was using an improper power adapter. This was not the case. When I asked for a replacement seat, the said they could only provide a refund for a return or exchange the whole chair. I'm too lazy to go through the process so I decided to keep the chair. When I stream, my viewers won't be seeing the seat anyway.

My son loves his chair and I have to tell him to get out of it when it starts getting late! So I’m happy about that, only problem I had was my original chair was delivered to the wrong address and I had to reach out to the saler for a new one, They handled it very quickly and I was so great full for them taking care of it as fast as they did, it was a birthday present for my son. The only thing about the chair I was disappointed about was that only one side of the lights worked on the chair, but after all the trouble I didn’t want to have to send it out wait for another and hope I received it so I decided to keep it as is. I really wish it all worked though after all my trouble so that really sucked. But I was okay because my son loves the chair regardless, and that’s why I wanted it for him he’s such a greatful young man and he said. Mom it’s a gaming chair who wouldn’t love this..

The chair was a gift and was PERFECT!! It’s comfortable and very sturdy. The speakers and lights work well. The cord used to connect the chair to the PC could be longer. The one downside is the chair doesn’t recline easily. The leverage is hard to use. It may need a little oil. Not sure. Would purchase again!

My Son likes the chair.... however we don’t know how to connect to the Bluetooth, like what are we connecting and pairing it to.... it kept saying unknown device so once someone can help me to do that oh and also it’s very static how can that be fixed.... lastly the lights on the chair the top portion works but on the seat only one side works.... is that fixable.... other than that my kid is happy!
