I've been using this infrared sauna for 30 minutes three days or more a week for 6 weeks and it's been working great! I'm grateful they offer the shorter, wider size. I was able to fit it in the back of my walk-in closet and it keeps the heat down where I sit and can fit a comfortable camping chair. I have a comforter draped around the top and sides (away from the junction box in the back) and it really helps keep the heat in. I've seen concerns about the cover ripping but the cover with mine is very thick material that held up perfectly well even when I got pretty rough with it (when I first assembled it I ended up with the door facing a wall and it was in a place I couldn't just rotate it around, so I had to take it all down and reassemble it). The foot pad is fine for me on it's lowest setting. My feet can be pretty cold so the foot pad helps a lot to raise my body temperature quickly. Be sure to bring lots of towels when you use it! I practically soak through 3 full towels in a 30 minute session. My only complaint is the the 3 heating pads that came with the sauna are not wide enough for their velcro straps to wrap around both poles in the frame. I used some velcro loop straps I had around to reach the straps between pads around the poles. I was nervous because it was expensive but I've been very happy with this product! Paying more to get infrared instead of a steam sauna was completely worth it! ... show more

I go to infrared saunas as much as possible but for the money I was spending, I think figured I'd give this pop up a try, an it's exactly what I was hoping for! I'm a bigger guy 6'2 300lbs an there is plenty of room. It's recommended that u only spend 30 minute's in an infared and I was pouring sweat within 20. Witch is what I wanted. Only took 45mins to assemble by myself. An the seat is comfy an can hold me up. I highly recommend this sauna. Plus I can watch TV while burning calories 😜🤟🏾 ... show more

Mine worked for 3 months. I enjoyed it. However, out of the blue it just stopped one day. 3 months in. I tried to get in contact with the company but it's near impossible. Amazon reps weren't able to either. Luckily, Amazon helped and I got a refund. I'd stay away.

Seeing lots of stopped working after x amount of weeks/months/usages. All you have to do is replace the fuse and it’ll be good as new. Replacement fuses can be found on Amazon.

Sauna worked well but after about 8 months the control box started smelling like the circuit board was burning. I would not recommend this product.
