First, I absolutely LOVE this. It was well worth the purchase! I am sleeping better and it is helping with arthritis pain. I would highly recommend to run a dehumidifier in the room after you use it because of all the wet moisture. Mine collected a full bin of water in less than a day. I plug it in after each use. The little white cup that sits inside the tent that the steam goes into from the container outside is flimsy and extremely hot, so be careful not to touch it once the steam is rolling in. As others have said put hot water in first otherwise it takes a long time to heat up. Zero regrets purchasing this and I love even more I can get these health benefits from my home and not have to pay for gym membership!

I’m retired have 100 acres two homes gardens and 3 dogs.. and RA SO BAD THERE WERE DAYS I COULDNT HOLD MY COFFEE CUP TILL MEDS KICKED IN! ! Fla vacations in the winter, massages, heating pads, hot showers, trouble sleeping, every kind of medicine for RA THERE IS!! I JUST CANT SAY HOW MUCH THIS HAS CHANGED MY LIFE! I have a hot tub also btw.. I USE THIS FOR 15 min shower and sleep like a baby! I wake up and I’m not stiff or swollen hands n feet. My skin feels like a new born and I’m breathing so much better! The media could not be loaded. For the price it’s great so far. Wish it had a thermometer. Max temp I got was 110 and that’s with my high dollar meat probes. Still I’d say it’s worth the money. Small, and the steam under you gets you nice and sweaty but takes good 10 min to get up to steam

The media could not be loaded. We needed an affordable and easy to assemble sauna, for health improvement reasons. We picked this one, and my husband had it assembled and up and running in less than 30 minutes. We have been using it everyday in these cold days, and it has been wonderful. There is plenty of room for one person, and the heat and steam are perfect to our liking. It is also ease to move to another room, or disassemble for storage. And most importantly, we already feel the health benefits of all those healing heat shock proteins obtained from using it. So far, so good!

Once you let the water get to a boil and then the steam kicks in, this thing gets HOT! Don’t waver anymore this is a great buy.

Real review from Bay Area of Cali - Ran it 4 times and never got over 91f and the canvas smelled horrible - like petroleum chemicals. Was hoping this would be worth it for 200 - it was not .

It's been pretty hit and miss with quality items on Amazon these days but thats not Amazon's fault... This zonemel steam room on the other hand is DEFINITELY a quality item. Incredibly sturdy.
