  • Adequate, but could be improved
Width: 31.5 Inches Color: Black
Provides a basic steam spa experience, but has some issues, that could be addressed easily by manuf.. Assembly: 1. All the pieces required arrived in the bundle, packaged with very basic instructions in English and pictographs. 2. Not all the pieces were numbered, maybe 70% were actually labeled. 3. Of those numbered it was not immediately evident what the difference between 1 and 2, for example was. Same length, same diameter. 4. The plastic pole connectors form was not uniform; some grabbed the tent poles nicely, some did not. 5. The tent is what really holds the whole thing together, snuggly. Not surprising, but a bit difficult to get it cinched up together with one person. Nothing tore when I finished my assembly. 6. There is a "bottom piece" for the tent that is included that is not really mentioned in directions. But its label says: place it under the tent. Fine, good idea, guys! This is intended to be a condensation pan, to protect your floor. Only problem is: it is NOT fabricated to actually fit under the assembled tent --- too tight, and needlessly so, since it is a drip pan -- and could have been made a bit larger than the tent base ==so easily. 7. They also include another item without explanation, I believe it is a floor pad to protect the tent floor from early failure or dampness in use. It is cut to fit nicely. Nice addition guys! 8. Chair: No assembly required, it is a simple folding chair with a travel pouch. It fits nicely inside the tent, and is adequate for an 'average' US male, 170 lbs, five-nine, etc. Not sure if the 4 chair feet will play nice with the tent floor over time. 9. Steam generator tubes. The provided tubes (silicone?) don't really have enough length (outside) for my application. And they don't exactly 'fit' together. (There is a 'pass-through' bulkhead fitting, for example, to bring the steam inside the tent, but it doesn't mate up with the provided tubing on the outside of the tent. You have to just force that tubing onto the threaded portion, and hope it stays put). It would be better to provide a few more feet of exterior tubing, and an actual fitting intended to connect to it. Maybe there was a fitting missing from my kit. If so, it's not called out in the instructions however. 10. Steam generator. Basically a 1600 watt hot pot with a plastic lid, and two unidentified black fittings attached to the lid, in addition to the steam outlet connector. The steam connector is an odd fit, with the provided adapter, but able to make a quick connect to the steam pot. Has 16 levels of power and a count down timer, that defaults to 45 minutes. Easily adjustable from the panel or the remote. It takes about 10 minutes to make some steam into the tent, starting with cold water and about 2/3 of a tank. Over the course of 1st trial run it lost about 1 liter+ of water to evaporation during heat up and actual steam bath. So plenty of capacity for most normal usage. I assume if you filled to 4 liters, it would take a few minutes longer to start steaming. The power usage will work with a 15 amp circuit if nothing else is on. And you can dial the power down, if that's a problem, or if you want a gentler steam bath. 11. Remote control. A simple optical remote. Not waterproof, so it can't be used inside the tent. So you'll need to rig a pocket for it outside the door (not provided). Useage: Allow some time for warmup of the tent, at least 10 to 12 minutes on high starting with room temp water. The zippers are tending to bind up even at first use. That's very disappointing. And the zippers are intrinsic to the tent being tight enough. So, if you're inside, I suggest having a tool or two with you to allow emergency escape !!! (a knife? pliers?). Seriously! If I keep it, I'll probably modify it with some velcro for closing the door. And probably modify the steam inlet to a location by the door, with some additional tubing - so I can see the clock. The provided tubing makes it impossible to see the timer on the boiler while you are inside. Once its running, it's a pretty good experience. The tent is roomy enough that I don't feel claustrophobic. There is a big clear viewing door. The provided chair is ok, comfortable. There is a pocket inside the tent to hold a small towel inside. The steam line inside has a little 'pot' attached that can be used for aromatic oils if desired. I haven't tried that. This unit does its basic job. It is not readily collapsible and re-assemble-able, so plan to have it erected when not in use. (Takes too much time, IMO, to put it back together, and I'm not confident it would survive multiple re-assemblies.) Watch out that your floor underneath is protected from water/mold etc. Leave the unit open to dry after each use. Will I keep it? Not sure yet. Would I recommend it? With the above reservations. The purchase price, with discount, was pretty reasonable for what amounts to a 'grow-tent', a water boiler, and small folding chair. The tent stitching was well done, the zippers however -- very questionable quality. ... show more

  • It's worth it.
Width: 31.5 Inches Color: Black
Ok, many reviews said this thing is hard to put up and it rips. So many complaints about it tearing the company put a video out showing how to install it. I believe the vast majority of the issues is due to the polls not being installed completely. I used a rubber mallet to pound the polls into the connections. The result was a easy install of the fabric due to it all being level and fully in place. I was very skeptical about this product. A cheap sauna couldn't be true, but alas it is true. It is very relaxing and enjoyable. I can see this being used often when someone in my home has a cold. I felt very relaxed after 30 minutes in it. I used it after a work out and I feel very relaxed after. The zipper can catch at some points. Just be careful and zip up slowly. Don't force it. Remember it's cheap and take care of it accordingly. It's not a professional sauna, it's a cheap tent with steam, but it's relaxing and makes you feel good after a good steam. It's easy to break, but can last if you understand it's a product that is designed to deliver a spa experience on the cheap and you take care of it accordingly. Update: Do yourself a favor and go to the store and buy distilled water. It's better for you to breath in and doesn't leave any sediment inside the machine. Also, get a better chair. The one it comes with is super cheap and uncomfortable. At least it's an extra chair for a party. I am using a larger full back camping chair. Makes it a much better experience. Also, set a timer or make sure someone can come and get you. I fell asleep almost in it, lol. No issues so far, I leave it partially opened after use to allow it to dry out. ... show more

  • Sweatin my alls off
Width: 31.5 Inches Color: Black
It works. I feel refreshed and sleep better. Good price too, even though its probably only 30 bucks in China. This will be part of my daily routine until it breaks. Just have to assemble slowly and methodically. Make sure lid is turned close. Dont leave steamer on carpet or surface that cant get wet. Lots of details not in the manual. ... show more

  • I love it!!
Width: 31.5 Inches Color: Blue Border
It works very well! My whole family use it. My autistic son loves this thing. Unbelievable!!! It’s works great! The only thing I dislike, I have wooden floors, little water at the bottom comes out after using it and I need to find a waterproof rug to go underneath it.

  • Great product BUT GET PROTECTION PLAN
Width: 31.5 Inches Color: Black
Great product, works very well! Loved using it and used it 3-4 times a week. BUT it did crap out of me after 3 months. Bought in early October, stopped working today 1/31/2023. Never kept the machine by water, kept vents clear under water heater, followed instructions closely. Today I turned it on to begin warming it up. Came back 5 mins later to find that the water heater was off and unresponsive. Tried plugging into different outlets and didn't work. Very unfortunate as I LOVED this thing. Now I have to go through the claim process with the protection plan, send it back, get refund, re-buy sauna, and wait for it to arrive to use again. Major headache which is why I give 4 stars. SHOULD LAST LONGER!!! ... show more
